"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food!
