"The air conditioning is broken, and the management, supervision of the workers, and reception are absent and uninterested.I left the hotel and departed. My reservation for the night was gone. I lost my time and reservation because I could not imagine a hotel without air conditioning. Oh my God."

The man who gave us a hearty welcome when we arrived spoke English, giving advice in the restaurant and answering our other questions. The front desk called for a taxi and were quite friendly as well. "
