"The staff were absolutely horrendous on arrival.
I know arrival times are most hotels. Check-in is 2 PM but not only did these guys hold that they tried to charge you extra if you wanted to check in earlier even though the rooms are ready.
There was about 50 or 60 other people in the lobby waiting until 2 PM and they were trying to charge everyone 50 or $100 to check in Even as late 30 minutes before.
Absolute disgraceful and a definite price go for no reason.

"Excellent value. Friendly staff, stunning sea views (courtesy of upgrade - with 1 bedroom suite), well-equipped gym, superb breakfast AND coffee. Central for both malls and seafront.

"Actually this is a decent hotel as clean, breakfast has a big mixture of choices, pool was clean and cocktails by the pool staff were superb. Overall very friendly and definitely would come back.
If any gripes as it's about 20 mins drive to main Pattaya malls/walking street/tiger park/floating market but it's worth it. "

"The hotel was well-kept; the pools were huge and nice. the beach is nice to sit on but not suitable for swimming. There are a few restaurants nearby and spas. The location was slightly out of way from the central business district. "

"This place was amazing! I love how nice the staff was and the room service. I had a nice room with a sea view 😎 The bed was cozy, and the floors are shiny. I impressed all the ladies here lol The tub was nice as well... the only thing I didn't like was the shower because the water didn't get steamy hot and the water pressure was low but it's just my personal preference.
