"We contacted the hotel for late check-in (after 7 pm) and were informed that they would reach out with instructions. Unfortunately, we were not contacted, and we were locked outside when we arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, someone working in the restaurant let us in and called someone to figure out how we could access our keys. The breakfast was good in the morning and thank goodness for the restaurant staff."

"Very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were comfortable and nice rooms. Food was lovely and service was very good. Outside doesn’t look modern but inside was cosy. "

"We only stayed overnight. It was a lovely room with plenty of space. We were above the bar but it wasn’t noisy. The beds were comfy and the bathroom massive, with double shower and double sink.
Breakfast was an excellent selection.
If you are there to parkrun, approx 10 min walk to the start, and we agreed a check out of 12 (though we were done by 11:15) so we could shower before travelling.
Would definitely stay again if I were in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay, surrounded by the beautiful Småland nature. The rooms were comfortable and very peaceful with no noticeable road noise. The breakfast spread was amazing!"

"It is very charming and old. But our room and the breakfast room were not clean at all. Dust on the floor alongside the bed, webs everywhere, bedside table sticky etc. Bed and linen was ok.We were the first to have breakfast, but the tables had crumbs and the floor was not clean. Bathrooms were ok. Toilets lacked paper and soap.
It was cheap, but still I expect cleaning. It would take only a little efford to give the guests a better experience."

"We stayed at the mobile cabin. It was so old and tiny. Don’t understand what we paid for. As well the laundry cost money. Why? Other resorts it’s cheaper and it doesn’t cost. The the place itself is beautiful and very kids friendly. Whatever you do, do not book the mobile cabin."

"Check-out at 9 is stressful..... But the staff allowed us to stay until 10. They were helpful with getting us a meal late in the evening after work, despite limited opening hours. "
