"Just knew the hotel is still under decoration and the restaurant still not open. We need to call the reception and order the breakfast in the morning. In addition, I changed 3 rooms within an hour due to the problems fm the air condition and the telephone does not work. So I check out on the next day. By the way, the service fm the staff is excellent."

"It was our first time in Hanoi. The area were D’capitale is, appeared to be an upscale area.we felt safe walking even at night. The host was receptive and easily accessible by what’s up app.
Even though Viator trips ,we booked, didn’t pick up at this area, we spent an average of $ 4-6 getting to and from the meeting place by Grab taxi.

We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake.
Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily.
Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee.
The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly.
Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they...
