Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay, staff were lovely, was very clean and comfortable, the restaurant has great food and the beer garden was beautiful - very well cared for with pretty flowers. Great spot, will 100% be going back.

Great location for BHX, NEC, nice village with shops, big rooms - a little dated but clean, good bar and food, large beer garden with plenty of seating overlooking fields £10/day parking

there was issues with my room when first checking in no issue with the room or management but just coincidental but manager sorted straight away on site restaurant food was excellent

Terrible stay!

On arrival quite late at night, met a grumpy receptionist who made us feel quite unwelcome, got into the cold room no heating, turned on the heating. It was just making ticking noises! Found paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable! Not a great stay, glad that we were only there for a night!

Room 200 : Cover along the bathtub is broken Right window is broken Spot if blood on the sheats Toilet flush mecanism broken Lamp on the table broken I recommend that your thursday offer price gets higher from 9.95 to 15£ which still would be fair. (Pint of Beer+HUGE burger) And put money on renovations.

Nice buildings, excellent friendly staff, very good food for evening meal and the room was good untill you went into the bathroom which had mould on the silicone, a cracked toilet pan and a smashed shower surround. A shame about this as the rest of the break was spot on. Thank you.
