Perfect for a city break

Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm.

Perfecto!

Loved this hotel! It was modern, the staff were amazing and it's only a 10 minute walk from Mitte (central Berlin). There is also a supermarket across the road.

Friendly staff, helpful in recommending dining options nearby. Little grill restaurant 3 minutes from hotel was very nice. Only downside was fire alarm with subsequent evacuation around midnight. This is not the hotels fault, but a guest cooking in the room and triggering the smoke alarm. Note this is a suites hotel and all rooms come with cooking facilities, so beware of incompetent hobby chefs. This hotel is near popular Nikolai Viertel.

Excellent customer service, fantastic room. Had a fridge, microwave and kitchen. Front desk staff was friendly and housekeeping staff cleaned out room. Loved that there was laundry, but we had to pay for it. The lounge area has a glass floor with a historic museum/site that you can view under the glass. Location was quite close to a train station

Modern, spacious rooms!

We absolutely loved this hotel. We traveled for two weeks to 5 countries, and Capri was our favorite one. The studio premier was so much space for us two. It felt like a little condo. We were really pleased with how modern and updated the place was and were really happy with the location. They also had a glass floor overlooking the well that the hotel was built around, which I thought was a unique and cool touch. The only thing is that the room itself was always hot no matter how high you turned the AC. We tried everything to cool it off and spoke to the overnight desk staff one night when we couldn't sleep with how hot it was and nothing helped, but we would still stay here again simply due to how nice the place was.

Vale muito a pena!

O hotel tem uma localização ótima, a cerca de 8 minutos de caminhada do Berliner Dom. Não há estação de metrô muito próxima, mas há linhas de ônibus que atendem bem. O quarto é super confortável, com tamanho ideal, cama deliciosa e vaaários travesseiros; exatamente do jeito que eu amo. A cozinha é completa, não faltou nada para a gente, e a internet funcionou perfeitamente. Em frente ao hotel há um supermercado excelente, ótimo para comprar café da manhã ou lanches. E o chuveiro… foi, sem dúvida, o melhor banho que já tomei! Eu ficaria novamente nele, com certeza.

Stadig rigtig godt

Anden gang på Capri efter 7-8 år, og det er fortsat rigtig godt. Værelset: stort, rummeligt, godt indrettet, vinduer fra gulv til loft, fint lille køkken, super wi-fi og måske Berlins bedste bruser ;o) Flere busser holder lige uden for hotellet (147, 200 og 246), der er to U-bahn stationer ca.5 min. gang væk (Spittelmarkt og Märkisches Museum) og Museums Insel og Nicolai Viertel er kun en kort gåtur væk. Kun den normale pris holder mig væk, men værelserne var ok billige denne sommer.

旅館的地點就在博物館島，徒步就能走到很多景點，搭乘巴士或地鐵也方便，對於旅人來說非常棒！員工服務也很好，反映問題時能迅速回應、改善。唯一美中不足之處就是浴室設計不好，淋浴間沒有門可以關閉，難免會有點水濺出來；站在洗手台前會覺得很暗，燈光是從背後來的，所以看不清楚；洗手台高度也比一般來得高，我身高65公分使用起來會有點吃力；沐浴乳洗髮精也固定在那麼高的牆上，使用不是很順手；洗完頭想吹乾頭髮，浴室沒有插座可以使用吹風機！

A acomodação é bem grande, mas não condiz com o tamanho do banheiro que é bem pequeno e a água do chuveiro praticamente molha tudo. O colchão da cama bastante usado, precisando ser trocado. Algumas partes bem afundadas. O café da manhã é regular. Poucas opções e mesmas todos os dias. O hotel está muito bem localizado. Facilidade para alguns pontos turísticos a pé e outros com transporte público de fácil acesso. Recepcionistas super simpáticas.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Die Umgebung ist laut dank der Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür. Die Parkplatzsituation ist dort angespannt. Das Hotel hat baulich bedingt nur 5 Parkplätze.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und moderner Einrichtung. Großzügige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Es hakt an den Details. Das Personal spricht eher Englisch als Deutsch und auch einige Informationsschilder sind nur auf Englisch vorhanden. Auch konnten wir kein ehrliches Interesse des Personals an den Gästen feststellen. Die Fenster im Zimmer lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage ist etwas schwach auf der Brust für die Größe der Zimmer. Zimmer-Service gibt es erst nach 3 Übernachtungen, was OK wäre, wenn man nicht mehr als 200 Euro pro Nacht zahlen würde. Man könnte sagen, Gebäude und Zimmer 5 Sterne, Service eher 2 Sterne.

Das Hotel war super. Jedoch habe ich die Touristenabgabe vergessen zu bezahlen, das wurde mir heute 29.08.2024 vom Hotel bekanntgegeben. Mir wurde auch gleich gedroht , falls ich diese nicht bezahle, das ich eine Anzeige bekommen werde. Aber die gute Dame an der Rezeption hätte ich mich bei Abreise nochmal drauf hinweisen können, dass ich noch eine Angabe bezahlen muss. Dies tat Sie leider nicht , bei Abgabe der Zimmerkarte.Mir wurde aber unterstellt seitens des Hotels , das ich einfach weggefahren wäre. Das stimmt ja nicht. Zum Personal kann ich nur sagen , diese sind nett und freundlich , aber die Komunikation erwies sich schwierig, aufgrund der deutsche Sprache.
