Check-In process was very easy as everything was done through WhatsApp. Room was clean and had a great view of the backyard pool. The food available at the restaurant downstairs was some of the best we had in Cancun. Exceptional service!

Room was ok. Wife was terrified by how we had to get into parking lot and room as there is no one there at night so you have to do it yourself. All the lights where off when we got there so we had to use our phones also as soon as we got into the room we had to turn on the A/C cuase the room was like a steam room about 10 minutes went by and the power went out for about 5 minutes cane back on for like 5 minutes and then went out again. I liked the hotel just the location at night is not the best and having to get off your car to go into the parking is not great either over all it was fine

There is no elevator so it was inconvenient to roll our luggage upstairs. The area is secluded and there is nothing walking distance. Luckily, their restaurant offers good options and is reasonably priced.

I checked into to this facility and check in was great everything was done virtually. We walked into our room and the room smelled like raid and there was mold beneath the AC. I left and booked another property the raid smell was strong. Since there is no one at the property I was unable to make a complaint.

It was located in a very poor area of town. The food was precooked and then heated some of the chicken was still frozen. Two dogs were barking most of the night. It is just not a place that I would feel comfortable recommending.

The property is hard to find. The room had no phone. The room itself was clean but the sheets had stains. The bathroom was clean except the showerhead was old and dirty. No wash cloth.

Once you are on the property it is very unique and tranquil. It is really not that close to the airport and very difficult to locate. It is a great value and kept very clean.
