Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.. Anything you need they take care of you. This was truly an amazing stay thank you all for making my stay and birthday special 🥹❤️🙏

The hotel is all in all a nice accommodation, but with a few down points. Area: it is quite a bit outside of everything and therefore a transportation is always needed ( hotel shuttle only goes every two hours to the city and back and stops already at around 20:00); traffic: the hotel is directly at the main road into Patong town, but this road is quite often very busy and jammed, therefor it takes always a bit to go somewhere; rooms: the rooms are in principle nice, but would need a bit of a modernisation soon, it looks a bit outdated by now, also, from the room balcony the view is not really impressive as you more look into a kind of backyard, instead of seeing the city from above.

This was the best hotel experience I have had around the world. I travel a lot, and it is nothing like feeling like you're at home. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Specifically Moana and Thanatcha. They welcomed me like sisters, and because of that I ended up extending my trip by an entire week longer. They were super knowledgeable about the area, and introduced me to their culture, traditions, and told me where to go. They went ABOVE and beyond for me each time, and I really would not have had the experience I needed if it wasn't for them. I felt like I made two sisters, and I will forever be in debt to them. The warmth made me feel at home, I loved the housekeeping staff as well, and the restaurant manager was incredible. They got my order right every time, and all of the restaurant staff was so pleasant and kind. I also was able to book my activities through the amazing Tanya, who was so nice, warm and kind. Do not look any further, you must stay here! The price, you cannot beat, and the quality is top tier. The surrounding hotels DO NOT COMPARE. I cannot wait to come back to Thailand this year and return back to my little home at this hotel.

Disappointing experience, not recommended

Pros: 1. Nice clean rooms. 2. Good food. Cons: 1. Location, location, location -- it is just far from the city center and the beach. 2. The free shuttle service is only every 2 hours starting 10am (good luck if you want to be an early bird) and finishing 8pm. Yes, you can get Grab, but it will cost you 500 baht to go to the beach/town. 3. The shuttle bus to the beach is supposed to take 20 minutes, but in reality can take between 30 minutes to one hour!!! 4. The night I was there the 8.20pm shuttle from the beach arrived to the hotel at 9.45pm -- because the smart driver Bill decided, instead of going straight to the hotel, to go pick up his friend/guest at the Mall -- without informing 12 other guests that were on board of the shuttle bus (including a couple with a 2-year old kid). Needless to say, nobody was even there ready for pick up when we got there. The whole trip turned from 20-30 minutes to more than 1 hour! (just to get back from the beach). When I have asked to talk to manager upon arrival, he/she were not available. Nobody bothered to apologize for 1 hour trip, with 12 people on the bus sacrificed for 1 guy who was not even there! 5. Some rooms on the ground floor face the kids day care center -- on the day of arrival, there was a kid who was just walking there and banging on the glass doors of every room on the floor! Overall, I suggest you to stay away from this place -- poor location combined with transport inconvenience are just not worth it.

Underbart hotell

Ett fantastiskt hotell med underbar personal. Trevligt bemötande varje dag. Boendet är perfekt, rent och snyggt och personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och ville man något så hjälpte dem till direkt. Frukosten är helt okej, mkt blandat från thai till en skandinavisk frukost. Kommer komma tillbaka, rekommenderar!!

Not a five star experience

The room had no privacy, as the balcony was only a a few away from the restaurant. Room had no smart tv, just a regular tv with basic channels. Internet was spotty. Bathroom was not super clean. To wrap things up, I found a big insect crawling in my room on the last day.

Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok.
