The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

Great stop near Valencia

Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. We had diner at the hotel as there was not many options around. Food was good. I recommend this hotel as long as you are OK with the location.

When I came down for breakfast, I was the only one who was asked what room I was from. 13 people walked in after me and no one else was asked. I am black woman so naturally I will stand out in Spain. Yes there were groups but there were also individuals and families present. The breakfast variety was a litttle limited in my opinion. Nice property but maybe the customer service could have been better. You will need to take a taxi into town or walk to Santa Rita Metro station which is 20mins away.

You can hear every noise from the neighbor besides or on top or when they ere watching tv . They do the beds and clean shower an we daily but the floor was always dusty . No brush in the Toilette in order to clean yourself it after you used it . The food at the restaurant the quantities very big. They should advice you that it is a lot what you lol get. My steak was not medium . It was red . And the quality of the ,eat the secon time we had dinner was not good.

Decent but not a typical 4 star hotel

We were there for the soccer camp related events and stay there for a week. Overall it was nice... Most of the staff members except for one was nice to us and patient that we do not speak Spanish... Breakfast was very nice although it was repetitive after a few days, their dinner menu is all so good but not before kids. One of the issue is taking not have any option for lunch. We got Junior suite so it was nice decent size room. But there was definitely some plumbing issues where I think water would not go without easily. Also their lights are very sensitive. Everything is on timer & the hallway lights turns off in 1 sec.... Too quick.,.. Lastly, they're elevator or having some issues where it makes a big clunk sound between 3rd & 4th floor...

The hotel itself was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely and again very spacious. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the main reason we booked there was because it said it was a 2 minutes drive to the Fira when it fact it was more like 8 so was a solid 40 minutes walk. Nevertheless though it was a great weekend in a lovely hotel

Says there is a bar and restaurant. However bar is only open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm and restaurant is only open from 8:00 am to 10 am for breakfast and 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner. As there are no places near by to eat this is very inconvenient the same with the spa and pool features. Can only be accessed after 5:00 pm. The hotel itself is quite nice but lacks in the overall on what was expected

The breakfast is very repetitive and could do with some variety. There is NO ENGLISH TEA, I repeat, NO ENGLISH TEA… this is not a drill. I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t serve standard tea. Also, there is no complimentary drinks in the room AT ALL! This is unheard of since 40 years ago and should be a basic requirement within a 4 star hotel.

Not even for only one night again..

Not even for one night again.. Old rooms, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Also others going to the toilet is clearly hearable. Pool is small and nothing special. Elevators pretty old. Not for me again.

I generally love the AZZ hotels and Spa. They have everything I always wanted in a great hotel. Clean, good locations, affordable, fantastic breakfast, one a kind Spa facility, great staff and spacious rooms. When I travel in Europe I try to stay in AZZ hotels if available.
