We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. I had read it was hard to find so I was prepared for that. Since we took a taxi from the train station they took us right to the place. When you get there push the button next to the hotel name and it unlocks the door. It is a door within a door (picture ). It’s on the 1st floor (floor 0 is ground). The breakfast was good and included with the room. They charge for waters or drinks taken from the refrigerator. I’ll would recommend this hotel.

Don’t be put off by entrance through huge wooden door into dark shared lobby. Hotel reception on 1st floor (prima piano). Reception staff really helpful; quirky pink room decor and great breakfast made for a great stay in Naples.

Breakfast was very good. The room was ok but not very clean and the sound carries between rooms. It was difficult to find the hotel and it is on a very busy road.

Very noisy.

The entrance to the hotel is a tiny door cut into a larger door (it's likely you'll hit your head on the upper section at some point during your stay). This door is partially blocked by refuse bins. The main street which the hotel fronts is covered with graffiti and overflowing bins is dirty and smells. The elevator to the reception area is tiny with only just enough room for 2 people and their luggage. Their is no signage inside the elevaror as to what is on each floor. Reception itself is very clean and tidy and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and spoke excellent English. The first impression of the room is good, you can see that they are trying to bring a bright and modern touch to an old building. Unfortunately first impressions do not last long. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are awful. If you are a light sleeper you should absolutely avoid this hotel as the traffic noise is unbelievable at all hours of the day and night. I lost count of the number of times we were woken by motorbikes or emergency sirens. When you have managed to get to sleep the shower then drips and runs randomly waking you up (the shower is separated from the bed by a glass screen only). The lamp beside our bed did not work as someone had broken the switch, the shower was poor and the towels are some of the thinest I have ever experienced. On a positive note, all of the staff are very friendly and their English is much better than my Italian.

J’ ai trouvé en revanche la décoration très très kitsch, du rose fushia à outrance, c’ est dommage. Je pense honnêtement qu’ attribuer 4 étoiles à cet établissement est un peu surcôté.

A very modern Hotel lots of pink & white we had junior suite with spa bath in the room very spacious 3 balconies. overlooking the main street and side street , it was convenient to walk to the middle of the Historic Centre ,you are in the Historic centre but not right in the middle which is good as its very busy and loud , the staff were very helpful , and the rooms are spotlessly clean , we walked everywhere its around 15/20 min to the harbour to get the ferry to Sorrento and other places , if you want to visit i suggest you buy your passes at the station on lower level of the central station .or on line , it was a very good place to stay you do need your sat nav maps as it makes things much easier whsn you leave hotel most places are only 15/25 min walk from hotel . .....good for couples as well as families ...
