Staff was helpful and acoomodating, location was handy next to a run of restaurants across the street for late dining. Parking was available across the street though the parking in the hotel space was limited. The room was clean and pleasant and the location was perfect for a visit to Warwick Castle, and all round a very pleasant stay!

Hotel Stay

There weren’t enough parking spaces if hotel was fully booked, the town is a short walk, as is the Castle, Hotel room was ok, shower and facilities in the room were fine, would have rated higher, had we not had a fire alarm late in the evening, and there was no on site night porter, which is illegal, it took about 5 minutes for some to come and sort out the alarm, which turned out to be an accident, as someone opened their door to turn the light on, but hit the fire alarm. If they sorted out the Night Porter on site, to make you feel safe, I would return.

A very spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed. Nice tea selection. So close to everything. Our room was right beside the main road but double glazed windows ensured this was barely noticed despite heavy and constant traffic. We recommend you stay here, especially if you are coming via train as it is so handy to the station.

Great little hotel very close to town centre

Stayed for a short break in Warwick and had a very spacious room with a large bathroom. Staff very helpful and space to park too. Easy walk into Warwick for all the attractions.

Amazing value for money. Great for family stay as separate area for children which meant we all got a bit of space. Also perfect location (5 minutes from Warwick Castle). Would definitely recommend

Good size clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Although tea was available in room on arrival, we returned late the following night to find our cups not washed/replaced and no replacement tea facilities. We don't expect bedding changes etc. for a 2 night visit but as a minimum we would expect replenishment of the drinks facilities. Very disappointed. Don't think we would use this one again.

Nice break

Stayed here for a couple of days on the way back home. The hotel is in a great location, just on the edge of the town. Managed to get free parking too. The room was spacious & the bed was comfy.

Best thing about the hotel is its location. Close to everything in Warwick. That’s about it though. Room is a reasonable size but no air con meant it was far too hot in the room. Leaving the windows open overnight meant a lot of outside noise as it a on a busy road. No reception from a certain time and nobody there in the morning if you needed anyone. No food options either as there is no breakfast available never mind dinner. Overall it would be poor of it wasn’t for its location.

Convenient Location

The hotel is in a convenient location for local shops, the railway station, and for walking into Warwick. The room was comfortable and warm. There is parking in a small car park. We booked through Hotels com and got a good deal.

Room very basic no breakfast ! Light switch up side down , no battery cover on tv remote, had to get out of bed to turn bedside lamp off. The room was covered in ANTS, the bathroom looked fairly new and mostly white so the ants were very noticeable. The white sheets on the bed had ants running across it. I did take photographs of them. I am in a wheelchair and I am just praying that they are not Bedbugs. We were scratching for most of our stay and will not be returning

Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much anyway. Room was comfy, liked the bed. Friendly staff.

Unexpected extra £15 for kid stay, smelly.

We (my hubby, kid and me) booked executive double room which should be able to sleep 3. Upon arrival, the reception lady told us we have to pay extra £15 as the room could only occupy 2 people whereas £15 must be paid for the kid. We had no choice but to pay as it’s too late to find another accommodation. The room was smelly, like public toilets. We had to buy air refresher in order to stay there. The window couldn’t be closed properly and the traffic outside was really noisy. After all, the room is spacious and water pressure for the shower is great. However, we would never visit or recommend it to any of our friends.

Nice hotel and great location.

Slight difficulties checking in due to a staff personal emergency but manager Michael sorted everything via phone and was extremely helpful. Room was nice and clean, sheets and towels changed daily and was quiet at night despite room facing main road. Location is ecellent, just a short walk from town, pubs and station. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend.
