Cannot beat the location. This hotel is an excellent reuse of the building. Seemed like the restaurant has been there for a while. Our room was rather recently redone.

Great room in a super location. I don't think a better location is even possible. Bed was comfortable. Our room had the hydromassage as well as a separate good shower. Only thing was the toilet is for some reason positioned super low.

Location

The room was small and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful but nothing particularly special day. In the end you choose this hotel for it's awesome location and that's about it. Perfect for people who don't want to spend much of their vacation in the hotel.

Emilia at reception was very very helpful and friendly. Check in easy. Balcony with view. Kettle to make tea & coffee. Bar fridge. Great location. Convenient restaurant on ground floor.The hot tub / whirlpool is a waste of space.

Great location but it really stops there. The property is very tired inside, full of flies and only accessibly by horrible stairs or a rickety lift. The room itself had a strong smell of drains and was dirty - grimy bathroom and flooring. The terrace is accessible by leaving your room and entering via a smoke-smelling staircase. I really struggle to understand how this is a VIP property if it’s in this condition or if they don’t even give out the benefits.

Great hotel in the historical center of Valencia. Our room had an amazing view over the Placa de Santa Caterina Street as well as Torre de Santa Catalina. The room had a small, beautiful balcony where one could enjoy the view and feel the atmosphere of the city at any point of the day. Valencia Cathedral is less than 5 walking distance from the hotel and there are also plenty of great restaurants as this is really the heart of the city. The only downside was that currently there is some construction work done at Placa de la Reina and one could hear the noise in the morning if they keep the windows open. However, this did not impact our experience, as construction work would finish relatively early in the afternoon. The room also has air conditioning. The staff was extremely nice and helpful: they allowed us to leave the luggage at the reception when we arrived before check in time. On the leaving day, we were able to leave the luggage at the reception after check out, and we were still able to enjoy a day in Valencia as our flight was in the evening. We were also given free bottles of water, tea and coffee and new toiletries every day. You can use the public transport to reach the beach (Platja del Cabanyal) in less than 45 mins. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel El Siglo, in particular if you care about quality/price and location.

Les chambres sont minuscules, certes avec tout le confort mais l’exiguïté et les fenêtres minuscules déroutent au premier abord, eu égard au tarif deboursé, un peu au-dessus des prix moyens. L’absence de parking est un autre handicap : il faut garer son véhicule dans le parking public adjacent où les tarifs à la journée sont prohibitifs (en moyenne 25€/j minimum). Un tarif réduit pour les clients de l’hôtel serait souhaitable. En revanche, le personnel gentil, dévoué et efficace compense un peu l’impression mitigée et le restaurant de l’hôtel mérite des éloges. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits.

The hotel is in a perfect location for a trip to the old town , we stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for 3 of us , very quiet and with the added bonus of our own terrace , we loved it and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel

Hotel El Siglo was amazing - it is in the perfect location right by a beautiful church and in a bustling town square. The beach is a 20 min drive away but we didn’t mind, as we only did one beach day during our trip. It had great AC, a beautiful balcony, and a lovely bath and shower.

Scelto per l’ottima posizione … struttura ricavata in un antico palazzo in centro storico la camera è adattata ricavando alla bene meglio anche il suo bagno nella stanza con wc lillipuziano .. molto carino e molto gentile tutto il personale compreso il ristorante bar al piano terra …se si sceglie la colazione puoi prendere tutto quello che vuoi alla carta e ti viene preparato sul momento

The view from our room looking out over the river valley was one of the best views on our trip. It’s high up on the road so you see about as much as you can. Everyone was very nice. The taxi we called waited for us a few minutes early to side the building and got us to the train. The number 1 and 2 bus gets you up to plaza mayor and beyond, respectively. Cuenca is absolutely charming and this place made it a wonderful place to be.
