Had to ask for room to be cleaned, despite following instructions of leaving the card. Bed was very uncomfortable, but maybe that’s just me. Free breakfast is a bonus but it was very basic. I expect more from this brand, particularly for the cost, which we felt was a little steep for what was given

The stay was good. I got there a bit earlier than check in time and the staff werr very helpful. The breakfast was good and had a variety of different options. One point to be aware of - if you want your room cleaned, make sure you tell someone otherwise they will assume it is not to be cleaned.

Friendly receptionist on arrival but was made to wait before we could check in. The family room was cramped where we couldn't even use the chair as it was trapped between the pull out sofa bed and the desk. We couldn't even get to the window because of this without climbing over the sofa bed. The pillows were not very comfortable but the bed was. The lighting was not very well thought out. Other than this it is a nice modern hotel with breakfast included. Not a huge range of food but was sufficient. Was told that breakfast finish at 11 am but during the weekdays I noticed they closed earlier. Was not particularly pleased with the cleaning staff harassing us on our last day. They knocked on our door several times and when I checked with them what the check out time was they still returned before check out to see if we were done. My son has medical issues and did not appreciate being rushed. The hotel is close to a supermarket but other than that it is a bit of a distance away from everything so expect a lot of walking!

Good hotel located 10min walk from Hamburg central station. A big thanks to Mary who works with the breakfast hostesses and hosts. She had such a nice and lovely energy that was contagious to everyone in the room. Also a big thanks to Azad who works as a breakfast host. What was a little less good was that the people working at the reception were not very good at English. Called the hotel three times before my stay when I needed help. Then two out of three times the staff hung up because they didn't understand what I said in English. In addition, I had chosen on the button that I wanted to speak English. I must also add that the breakfast hosts and hostesses were much better at English than many of those working at the reception. If I had to wish for one thing that I was missing in the room, it would be a shoehorn. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel.

Bra hotel som ligger 10min promenad från Hamburg centralstation. Ett stort tack till Mary som jobbar med frukost värdinnorna och värdarna. Hon hade en sån fin och härlig energi som smittade av sig till alla i rummet. Även ett stort tack till Azad som jobbar som frukostvärd. Det som var lite mindre bra var att visa som jobbade i receptionen inte var så bra på engelska. Ringde hotellet tre gånger innan min vistelse då jag behövde hjälp. Då två av tre gånger la personalen på luren då dem inte förstod vad jag sa på engelska. Dessutom hade jag valt på knappvalet att jag ville prata engelska. Måste även tillägga att frukost värdarna och värdinnorna var mycket bättre på engelska än många av dem som jobbar i receptionen. Hotel i Hamburg

Dejligt hotel. God service i receptionen. Hotellet ligger i pæn gå afstand fra U og S bane. Trods høje bygninger i hele området virkede det tomt og forladt mange steder Det var utrolig vanskeligt at finde spisesteder og de 2 ikke specielt hyggelige steder vi fandt, var optaget da vi ikke havde bestilt bord i forvejen. Var ankommet til byen få timer forinden Spurgte vi folk på gaden om spisesteder kiggede de underligt på os, prøv den vej men det er måske ikke åbent(kl 17-19) Vi boede ikke langt fra Hauptbahnhof. Næste dag kunne vi konstatere, at de spisesteder vi fandt ,- var alle fastfood.
