Absolutely amazing ! The two guys who were on shift last night were sooooo great to me! They held the best service ever. I was mainly in contact with them! And honestly it exceeded my expectations! I would 1000% recommend this hotel! The beds are the comfiest! The rooms are sooo nice and clean and the staff are absolutely amazing!

Stayed for a few nights and generally a very good hotel. Staff were all great and the rooms good. It’s also very close to the metro station to get into central Amsterdam. Only negative would be the hotel bar prices, a small, 250ml, bottle of Diet Coke and a fresh orange and lemonade was 14 Euro 50, a bit extreme.

Room very comfortable, perfect location for the ziggodome- literally next door! Drinks were quite expensive in the hotel but the location was very good.

As I was going to the Billie Eilish shows at the Ziggo Dome, it was really convenient for me to stay at the Jaz. Even if some utilities didn’t fully work at times, I still really enjoyed my time at the Jax and I would 10000% book again!

It was ight, nice place, far (23$ uber) from where you going if you are a tourist and back, nice place tho, next to a nice soccer arena which is nice if you play soccer, staff was weird and socially awkward but hey that’s Europe. Nice place tho, wish it had a hot tub. My favorite part of the hotel was the protein shake vending machine in the fitness room, that saved my mornings (I lift, do you?)

We loved staying here! Clean and comfy rooms with a great view of Ajax stadium and the music stadium next door. Location for us was great, as it was walking distance to the station. Quick and direct train to get to airport and the same to get to Centraal station. Took about 25 mins to get there but it was easy. Nice safe area and great vibe on match and concert days. If you want to be out of the main area, this is a great hotel

went here for the twenty one pilots concert that took place recently! i didnt interact with the staff much but from the interactions i had they all seemed very chill and nice :)! the lady when we were leaving even rememberd that we had attended the concert, which added a touch of personality to the experience. the room looked nice in the pictures and it was even better in real life in my opinion. everything felt clean and well taken care of, which is obviously great. The bed was HUGE so you dont have to worry about your partner taking up all the space, and if you're alone you'll have a lot of room to yourself! The shower was also really fancy, never seen anything like it before in a hotel haha! all in all a really great and comfortable stay, will be sure to return if any of my favourite artists return to the ziggo dome ;)

The only thing that isn't right there is the parking garage. It's a shame that you have to pay extra for it. I paid 70 euros for 2 days, even though the parking spaces are reserved specifically for the hotel.

Hotel amenities misleading

We were so looking forward to our stay, but there were some key reasons we chose this hotel over others and were left disappointed. We knew it was going to be very hot while we were in Amsterdam so we made sure to select a hotel with air conditioning. Unfortunately it didn’t work the entire time we were there. Our room at one point was 26 degrees Celsius. We were able to switch rooms but still had the same problem and then in our new room we couldn’t change the shower temperature and the tablet for the tv didnt work either. The staff offered a fan, but then nothing came. My husband checked with them again and they said all the fans had already been given out to other guests. We were also expecting there to be laundry facilities onsite as per the list of amenities and that was false. They work with a laundry service that picks up your laundry and then brings it back. The timing of that wouldn’t work for us. Overall we were left disappointed. The staff were the only good thing about our stay

The + : - The hotel had an great location. Close to the arena, the subway, and the Train Station - the hotel was clean and they had good breakfast The - : They doubled the price on the hotel due to the concert , and they still did not include breakfast (not allowed to post prices) The shower was «modern» , but the buttons were a pain to use. It took forever to find the right spot to push the buttons The door to the bathroom did not completely shut. They were sliding doors, and there is a bug gap in the Middle
