The hotel has some clear areas to improve; the pillows were way to soft, it was like there were no filling at all. Secondly; we tried to restaurant for dinner but the salmon (entre plate) had a chili taste so strong that I couldnt finish the plate. The staff apologized.

Alt på hotellet var fantastisk – personalet, morgenmaden, rengøringen, hotellets og værelsets faciliteter, beliggenheden, espressomaskinen på værelset, minibaren osv. Alt var perfekt. Det eneste problem efter min mening var, at vores værelse ikke havde nogen vinduer, der kunne åbnes. Der var to store vinduer, men de kunne ikke åbnes – selvom ventilationen på værelset fungerede godt. Alt i alt var det et fremragende ophold, og uden tvivl vil vi helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen, når vi rejser til Hamborg.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vi havde et kort, men virkelig skønt ophold på Hyperion – 2 voksne og en teenager – og vi var meget begejstrede for både service og faciliteter. Vi boede på et Superior-værelse, som var rummeligt, komfortabelt og indrettet med sans for detaljer. Det passede perfekt til os tre og gav en afslappende base under vores citytur. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt og opleve byen. En ekstra bonus var, at man kunne parkere lige ved siden af – super praktisk, især når man rejser med familie. Morgenmadsbuffeten var helt fantastisk! Der var et bredt udvalg af friske og lækre retter, og noget for enhver smag – både sunde alternativer og små lækkerier. Personalet var venligt, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og godt taget hånd om. Vi kan varmt anbefale Hyperion-Hotel til både par og familier, der ønsker et centralt og komfortabelt ophold med god service og lækker morgenmad. Vi kommer gerne igen! Hilsen Fam. Fint værelse og morgenmad. Men bongo musik til morgenmad og med en volumen som ikke er passende til morgenmad så det er svært at snakke sammen. Burde måske tages op til overvejelse. Når gæster skruer ned for volumen og personalet fortsætter med at skrue op. Så fortæller det jo noget om gæsternes ønsker.
