It's not too far from ADO bus station. If you don't have a car, it is easy to take public transportation to the hotel zone or other places such as Playa del Carmen. It takes only about 15-minute walk to the ADO bus station or take a uber there (less than $2). It is also close to Parque La Palapas, where the night market is located.

False advertising, the pictures on expedia show this hotel ias being on beach next to ocean. furthermore, the name of this hotel includes ‘beach club’!! however, If you want to enjoy the beach and ocean in these pictures you have to pay for a day pass to visit thei sister hotel miles away. they are deceptively showing these beach and ocean pictures which are NOT part of this hotel!

A gem in Cancun

I can't recommend this hotel enough. I wish I could give more stars than I did, as this hotel was better than expected. Beautiful renovated room with lots of amenities, great pool area and huge breakfast buffet with many options. Small issue: Some confusion regarding the fact there are two hotels at this location (both same owner). On my first morning I inadvertently had breakfast at the other hotel breakfast area, which is much simpler than the Oh Cancun's complimentary buffet at the other side of the building. I only which it was made clearer. Maybe a sign and arrow at the elevator exit would help future guests not make that mistake.

It is a well located, quiet hotel with a great pool, plenty of lounge chairs, and only a 15-20 min drive from the airport without traffic. The free breakfast has plenty of Mexican and North American dishes to choose from. Grocery stores, restaurants and public transport are easily accessed out front and around the corner. There are 2 beachfront sister hotels to go to for the day, for a small fee, if you don't want to stay at the hotel pool. If we go to Cancun again, we would stay again if we had an early morning flight.

Very nice but uncomfortable pillows

Stayed in a wonderful suite facing the pool. Everything was very nice. Only complaint is that the sleeping pillows were too hard and we asked twice to have softer pillows and never provided. We ended up making our own pillows out of towels and flight neck cushions.

Awesome downtown hotel!

I loved the hotel, especially the staff, fitness center, pool, pool bar, etc. Everything went smooth from check in to check Out. The only negative I would say would be the pillows don’t sink in and a little too Puffy for sleep and they didn’t have blanket on beds, just sheets. First time I ever had that experience w no blankets for a bed. Overall I had a great time at hotel and would highly recommend it if you don’t want to stay in the tourist zone

Check in was painfully slow & drawn out, especially at night, only 1 person available. Breakfast was very poor, very little choice, description of items or allergy information. Bedroom was tired, dirty and lacked lighting. The pool area was nice atleast!

Old bathroom old tile weird smell and when I had to extend they lied to me. Jaani charged me higher price than only ans didnt even had breakfast included. Breakfast is horrible fyi.

Sadly this property is deteriorating. The shower is impossible to control water temperature and it leaks horribly all over the bathroom floor. The room stinks like mold. We have stayed here in the past and we were shocked at the decline.
