Good location poor nights sleep.

Booked this hotel specifically as it offered twin rooms, nothing available on check in so one person had an uncomfortable nights sleep on asofa bed more like a camp bed. Not impressed.

Check in was delayed for my booking by approx half an hour which meant we had to rush to make a reservation- rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very crowded and lots of items kept running out, overall was an okay experience

Michaela on reception/bar/breakfast service was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was busy, this didn’t impact on service As a busy hotel there is some TLC needed in the public areas - mainly the lifts The rooms are contemporary and very clean

Excellent for a 1 night stay in Birmingham. Metro is right behind the hotel so very convenient for getting to city centre, nice cosy/comfortable bar and great breakfast! No complaints!
