This was a lovely one night stop near the Portuguese area of Hamburg. Easy to walk around and also easy to get lost. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Staff friendly only issue was the language barrier. But you can work through that.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von unserem Appartement. Alles gut eingerichtet, funktional und sauber. Es wäre allerdings schön, wenn der Balkon überdacht wäre. Die Lage ist super, kann ist schnell am Hafen und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's um die Ecke. Auch viele tolle Restaurants im portugiesischen Viertel

Virkelig fedt værelse! Kæmpe stort og flot. Beliggenheden er kanon i forhold til restauranter og barer. Dyr parkering men sådan er Hamburg og lidt besværlig kommunikation da alt blev sendt på tysk og selv skulle oversættes (hvis man ikke forstår det).

Great hotel; awesome location, very modern, awful check in process. It’s all manual and absolutely not necessary. The girls in the office are great and will help but it’s a silly system especially after a long day of travel. Pack your patience.

I received around 20 emails from Expdia and the hôtel which is way too much. Can you imagine how many emails it represent if I visit 8 hôtels during my vacation? There were no lobby and no one to welcome us. Expedia should highlight the hôtels without réceptions. This is really sad. The process to Check in is way too long. I don’t understand why we need to type all the information from all people in the room.

Very nice location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room with high quality items. The only issue was nobody informed us about self check in. Also the front door has issue to open with our room key which we resolved it with front desk after 3 days.

Wir waren bereits das 2.mal hier - haben gleiche Zimmer Kategorie gebucht , leider ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, Lage ganz schlecht - direkt oberhalb dem lauten Restaurant und gegenüber Michl ( jede Stunde extrem laute „Kirchenglocken“-die ganze Nacht hindurch , und Baustelle … Nach bitte um Änderung wurde uns gesagt - sorry keine Chance ausgebucht und wir bleiben 4 Nächte… …ein Tipp - wenn jemand schon mal faxest - sollte man ihn besser behandeln und nicht schlechter! Man freut sich auf das gebuchte Zimmer, weil Mannes kennt - und auch auf der Homepage genau so abgebildet ist … dann einfach ein anderes/schlechteres zuzuteilen ist nicht sehr förderlich für Stammkundengewinnung ! Wir waren diesmal echt enttäuscht- weiß nicht ob wir nochmal wiederkommen beim nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalten

Schönes Zimmer, gute Lage. Wir waren im Juni da als es so heiß war. Das Problem: die Klimaanlage ist keine Klimaanlage in dem Sinne! Man kann die Zimmertemperatur nur um 3 Grad runter regulieren. Da wir in dem 40 qm Zimmer durchgehend eine Fensterfront aus Glas hatten und die Sonne den ganzen Tag darauf stand, war es unerträglich heiß. Wir konnten nicht gut schlafen und ich hatte die erste Nacht nur Herzrasen. Horror! Das Hotel ist was für Herbst bis Frühjahr: aber nicht für den Sommer. Es sollte verboten werden, hier mit Klimaanlage zu werben! Das ist eine Falschauskunft, da der Zweck einer Klimaanlage gar nicht erfüllt wird.
