Great place close to all the attractions.

Had a great experience. The place was clean and very convenient to all the attractions. One front desk person was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The other (a person of a darker color and wearing glasses) was pretty mean and a little rude. That was somewhat disappointing, but overall, we had a great experience there.

The staff was very kind, from the check in to the cleaning, the xs room was small, but yet spacious enough and inviting, the bed comfortable. The free coffee in the afternoon is another plus before you head out to explore the city. The bus stop, the tram and the underground are in easy walking distance, i.e. to the sights of Berlin. The location of the hotel is, therefore, ideal for a visit of Berlin. The breakfast buffet was worthwhile as it offers various food from yoghurts and mueslis to a choice of bread rolls and bread, cheeses and cold meats, vegetables, vegetarian spreads... I will definitely consider it again for another visit to Berlin.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in June. The property was well maintained, the housekeeping service was great, support staff was very responsive to email communications. I was not attentive to the fact that the room did not have air conditioning when I booked the reservation. Unfortunately, Berlin was having a heat wave which made sleeping difficult, the floor fan did help.

Clean hotel, expensive breakfast, a little pricey

This hotel was very clean and tidy but for £175 a night I would have expected Air Con and breakfast! Breakfast turned out to be 15E each which I thought was expensive.....45 euros for breakfast! Our stays in Vienna and Prague both included breakfast or it was a much more reasonable 8 euros. The room was large but unfortunately as it was at the front of the courtyard smoke from people smoking outside wafted to us!!! :-(

The room was spacious for a family of 4. No air conditioner was inconvenient. We only had 1 small fan for my kids. The windows were open but it was too noisy to get enough sleep. The shower was also too small. Overall, hotel is overpriced considering the lack of air conditioning.

The staff was friendly, kind, Abdel was super nice, Haiko and the girl at the reception. The guys cleaning the room so nice too, really good job they do. Breakfast was nice but I missed scrumbel eggs and more variaty. The thing we will not gonna come back to this hotel was the noise. We were in room number 309 and the room 310 was with a family of 2 kids. They were screaming crying and hitting the walls from 06 am everyday. first day we thought it was just 1 day but the second day we should tell to the staff to move, it was our fault. It was imposible to sleep. I am a director from a hotel and I know the importance of take rest in holidays. It’s not an adult’s only hotel, I know, but if there is a family with kids the thing is to put them on the same floor everyone, in order to not Disturb the rest of the people. The girl on the reception was so kind to us and she managed so well when we told her when we made the check out, thanks to her for being so sweet. Definitly, the area and the staff made the best in this trip. But the noise made Calma, not being calma at all.

Esse hotel é realmente muito bom. A equipe foi extremamente solícita quando solicitei um early checkin por causa dos meus pais que são idosos. As acomodações são muito confortáveis e limpas. 10/10! Recomendo!
