I had a fantastic stay! The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Loved that they supplied free towels. The room was large with plenty of space to sort my belongings. The bathroom was an entire room with the toilet and shower! It was right next to multiple transit options! Excited to stay again in a week.

Excellent staff and orga . Never a problem with any of the international guests. Just had a psycho old man onto my room last 2 nights . Antisocial sociopath kinda guy. Difficult than. =) For my opinion they gave him.far to much committment

Well, the capsules are not full of fresh air, fans should be monitored. The bed did not feel comfortable. Shower was not clean enough, curtains are transparent. Kitchen equipment is not clean enough. Rules on bringing your own drinks and limits on kitchen using hours not really good. Close to supermarket, the free coffee available during your stay is a plus! Line management not very professional for check in. Did not like the customer respect and communication style of some of the youngsters. Pricing would be altered for the nights of the week.

Bedbugs and DO NOT BOOK IF YOURE AN EXPEDIA MEMBER

Terrible experience as the hostel had bedbugs that both of my family members experienced ( it wasn’t a problem of only one bed). The shared bathroom didn’t have paper and it was too small to fit all people per floor. But the worst experience was because they charged me on site for the nights again after I paid through the hotels.com app. They claimed that they don’t have “direct” communication with Expedia and that’s why they couldn’t help me solving the issue. A guy named Tom was very rude by email and never helped solving the issue. If you don’t have communication with the service provider , why do you work with them? So illogical… Do yourself a favor and do not book there, there are many other options- im an experienced traveler and can tell you this has been one of the worst experiences.

Yaşamış olduğum en kötü konaklama deneyimiydi benim için çok kötüydü. Çok sesli ortam temizliği iyi değildi. Kalabalık ve rahatsız edicidiydi. Kalan kişiler düzgün değillerdi. Güvenliksiz ve odalarda yeterli priz imkanı bile bulunmuyordu. Banyo kullanılamaz halde idi.

Honestly I didn't like in general. Stuff is not as polite as I expected. Maybe I expected a lot. I rented a capsule, capsule didn't have any cooling system apart from some holes on the capsule doore and ventilation hole on the corner .

One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Checked in and was given absolutely no information on lockers, towels, safe etc. I had booked a capsule. It was horrendous. Like sleeping in a coffin. Everytime I turned over or even moved in the slightest, the noise from the creaking of the wood was loud enough to wake you, they are horrendous. Impossible to sleep. Even worse when a load of drunk lads get in at 4.30am and spend literally the next two hours shouting, talking, marching up and down, banging doors. It was relentless. The place says there's a 24/7 reception but the capsule block is a building away so staff will do nothing to address this if it happens. I'd travelled for over 10 hours before checking into this place just after midnight in need of rest and it was the worst night I've ever had, the thought of another night there was depressing so I checked out and booked a proper hotel for the remaining two nights, cut my losses and worth every penny. I've already been told they won't refund me for the nights I had already paid for and whilst its a small price to pay never having to return, its a disgrace considering how appalling it is. The showers were awful, one was full of hair. I cannot express this enough - stay away, you are worth so much more than one second in this place

The location was great and the staff are super helpful! The vibe of this place is really great for young ppl wanting to travel and meet people and hang out in the bar/lobby. 4/5 stars cuz the bathrooms weren't always super clean or would be occupied. Would definitely stay here again!

Sistem şöyle işliyor: Sizden önceki misafir, check-out yapmadan önce yatak örtüsü ve yastık kılıflarını çıkartıyor. Temiz olanları yatağa yerleştiriyorlar ve ardından siz check-in yapıyorsunuz. Tek sıkıntı şu: Yorgan neden değiştirilmiyor? Bunu, check-out sırasında kirli çarşafları teslim ederken öğrendim. Görevli bana "Yorganı geri götür" dediğinde içten içe şok oldum. Kim bilir kaç kişi aynı yorganı kullanıyor... Genel anlamda fiyat-performans açısından iyi diyebilirim ama bazı günler fiyatlar inanılmaz pahalı olabiliyor. Son dakika boşluk olunca fiyatları minimuma çekiyorlar; ben de bu şekilde uygun fiyata yer buldum. Check-in yaptıktan sonra havlunuzu hemen isteyin. Yoksa sonradan aşağı inip tekrar çıkmak zorunda kalabilirsiniz, uğraşmayın.
