I really like the hotel, it's a bit in need of repair and refresh especially the roof top pool area. But it wouldn't prevent me from staying there again. Personal is lovely its located in a good area. Loved it

It was amazing. Premium room and services for a fraction of the cost. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff very friendly. Elevator wasn’t working and no parking, but for the location, the price, the decor and everything else, it was still a 10/10 for me

We thought the hotel was overall excellent. It's located in the best part of the tourist area, beautiful clean rooms, and excellent service. If you're looking for nightlife, this is also a great spot. The outside noise did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.... Note for hotel: We did not try the free breakfast, as we found it very limiting, and the pool appeared a little dirty when we were visiting... But it could just be from the extreme heat ;) We will definitely stay here again.

Bad staff

Hotel is nice and comfortable. The hot water stopped working the 2nd day. The hotel management said that they’ll issue a refund for that night. However, they went back on their words and didn’t give even a penny back. Terrible service

Located at great location. It is the only pros that i can remember. It is definitely not a good option for families. Maybe ok for couples since there is a club next door playing music till early morning. Hotel itself shows its age. We didn't have a door on the shower for example.. Hot water was always in hesitation to flow or even exist. Very poor lighting.

Overall our stay was nice. Close proximity to 5th Ave shopping and vendors. Your stay includes breakfast but not a buffet, more so one juice, one plate of food and that’s it. They give you a boxed lunch if you’re going to spend the day out on excursions, but you can’t have breakfast ABD a boxed lunch to go, it’s one or the other. The hot tub in room takes about 45 mins to fill up and doesn’t get too hot, but other than that it was cool. The TV doesn’t have any English channels so don’t expect to chill out and watch some good ole American TV. Safe place to stay overall, I would stay here again.

The place needs to be updated for sure. It’s nice because it’s right around the corner from the strip and walking distance of all the restaurants. We got our room upgraded when we got there but it wasn’t great. As soon as we walked in the room the smell of sewage pipes hits you. The curtains were torn lots of holes. The rain shower head most def needs to be changed. The water spits out everywhere but straight down. The tube in the room did not hold the water so a useless “hot tube” in the room. The bartender Danny was great super friendly very talkative! The whats up app is useless they take forever to answer to a message. This was my second time staying here and I def wouldn’t stay here again.

Disappointed

I have stayed here before over past 3 years 3 or 4 times .The maintenance and updates have suffered .First the elevator wasnt working ,and no one to help ,if i didnt expect an elevator,that is ok but had to carry 5 bags up the stairs ,thankfully only 1 flight for me .The silicone around shower floor was old and cracked and water leaked all over floor ,the toilet quit flushing within 30 minutes .The overall condition of the room needed attention .Bed was acceptable although also could use a new mattress soon .Rooftop bar had no food because of elevator (understandable).Service was good for what they have to work with .location is good .Probably wont stay there again .

After a 5-hour bus ride, my husband and I arrived at the hotel to discover the elevator was "closed" due to a private party on the roof so we had to carry our luggage up three, narrow flights of steps. This wasn't a big deal but highly unusual, especially because there was very little light in the hallways. Again, not a terrible inconvenience but also not a pleasant experience after a long day of travel. Our master suite room was really cool with a hot tub in the middle of the room and an L-shaped balcony. The TV didn't turn on (could've been user error) and we saw a roach on the second night (not unusual for a beach vacation but still unfortunate). The rooftop pool was fabulous but the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs left a lot to be desired. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

AVOID THIS HOTEL TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Our room did not have any water pressure or hot water. When we asked the front desk lady she told us a pipe had broken and she was very rude. She told me i would just have to deal with it and that she can't control the weather. We asked for a refund and to check out or our room and they refused to give us any compensation. We were in the room for less than an hour and didn't touch anything. The management at this hotel is very poor. She even admitted to knowing about the problem before we checked in and she didn't say anything to us.

Se ha deteriorado con los años :( pero bueno

Está muy descuidado el hotel, hemos venido por muchos años aquí y le tenemos cariño pues el concepto es bueno y tiene buena ubicación. Ojalá y le metan un poco de inversión y le puedan regresar los buenos tiempos.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, el personal fue amable y servicial, en la primer habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba la tele ni el aire acondicionado, así que al día siguiente nos cambiaron y no tuvimos ningún problema, es una excelente opción para hospedarse! Regresaría sin duda.

This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.

Guter Urlaub Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Restaurationen. An sich waren die Zimmer echt schön, modern und stylisch möbiliert, va der Jakuzzi im der Master Suite war toll. Es gab einen Balkon mit 2 Sitzen und einem kleinen Tisch. Es wurde aber trotz Trinkgeld an die Zimmermädchen nie richtig geputzt- man konnte froh sein, wenn es mal frische Handtücher gab. Leider mussten wir 3 mal frische Handtücher und ein mal Toilettenpapier bei der Rezeption holen gehen, da nichts gemacht wurde (trotz Schild, dass geputzt werden muss). Wäre das nicht gewesen, was teils nach einem langen Tag anstrengend war, hätte ich 5Sterne gegeben. Die Dachterasse mit den Pool könnte auch mal renoviert werden und gesäubert werden. Der Pool war leider nicht sauber (Fettfilm, Rost und Dreck) Dadurch, dass wir schon andere Erfahrungen im Urlaub gemacht hatten, unsere Ansprüche eh runtergeschraubt hatten, war es für uns in Ordnung. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich, hilfsbefeit und hatte immer ein paar gute Tipps für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt an der 5th Av., Oxxo und 7/11 direkt nebenan, Strand in der nähe, Banken und Einkaufszentren gut erreichbar zu Fuß, zum Hafen 25min Fußweg und sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Fazit: das Hotel wäre um vieles besser, wenn die Zimmer sauberer wären, sowie die Annehmlichkeiten wie Dusche, Toilette und Wasserhahn richtig funktionieren würden. Ansonsten war es ein guter Urlaub.
