Nice property with a great location. Rooms are comfortable and the staff were welcoming. We had noise from above of people walking and talking at midnight which was unpleasant, but otherwise this was a lovely hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel

What a lovely little boutique hotel. If you can, a balcony room with roll top bath is a must. Room was immaculate with some nice touches and lovely toiletries. Front of house couldn’t have been any more helpful. Slight downside was the out of service lift which got our steps up to the rooftop terrace but worth it for the view. Fab location, 3 mins walk from Sloane Square and 25 mins from Battersea Power Station. Will definitely return.

Great position with close proximity to Sloane Square station and the Kings Road. Very pretty area with lovely old terrace lined streets and signs. Area was clean and quiet with restaurants and interesting sites and galleries all within easy walking distance. Friendly staff if slightly unfamiliar with the area for suggestions and directions but we used our maps

Italian luxury

Lovely, intimate, unique….. we loved San Domenico House. There is a great choice of places for breakfast, quaint streets, walks in all directions such as across the bridge to Battersea park. Italian baroque furniture and the best in-house croissants were just part of its charm!

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The property feels very dated and in need of renovation. Our room was entirely red—walls, curtains, furniture—all in red velvet, which created an overwhelming and uncomfortable atmosphere. It didn’t feel relaxing or pleasant. The bathroom was also below expectations. There was no separate shower—only a shower inside a small bathtub, which made it inconvenient. The bathroom itself was quite cramped, and the towels were very worn out and far from the quality you’d expect at a five-star hotel. We also found the service lacking. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, which only added to our overall dissatisfaction. The hotel feels more like an old townhouse than a luxury hotel. Noise insulation is very poor—you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and even footsteps from the rooms above. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and high-end experiences

Superb, friendly, responsive staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Location is very convenient for transportation to major sites. Small, elegant hotel with nice rooftop terrace. Showers are tight and lack of Nepresso in rooms are only downsides. Overall, a great experience in London.

De locatie is perfect midden in Chelsea. De inrichting en individuele kamerstyling is typisch Engels terwijl de exploitant een Italiaanse hotelketen is. Dat laatste merk je alleen aan het feit dat er veel Italianen overnachten.
