Very basic, not soundproof (very annoying when your neighbour is Italian), bit cold (need to push on a button in the bathroom to turn on the bathroom heat for 5 minutes), couple of insects running around. Breakfast is great, staff very friendly and room clean.

Basic hotel for good price very close to Zaventem airport. Rooms (in the add-on building) were rather thin, so quite some sound from neighbors. All in all value for money.

Pas de lumière extérieure pendant tout le séjour, sèche cheveux en panne. J'ai demandé à la dame du soir qui a laissé plusieurs messages à l'équipe de jour qui n'a rien fait. Heureusement qu'elle a trouvé une solution en m'autorisant à utiliser le sèche cheveux d'une chambre la veille de mon départ. Ménage bâclé (poussière, cheveux dans la baignoire)

Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen. Leider ist der größte Negativfaktor, dass es als Flughafenhotel ausgewiesen wird, aber keinen Flughafenservice anbietet. Dafür muss man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen. Bei mir kam hinzu, dass das Bad komplett überschwemmt wurde, als ich geduscht habe. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel aber zu empfehlen, wenn man ausreichend Zeit hat, um zum Flughafen zu kommen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und das inbegriffene Frühstück sehr umfangreich.

Das Zimmer war klein und sehr dunkel, weil der Rolladen vor dem Fenster kaputt war und nicht hoch zu fahren war. Das Bad überschwemmte sich, nicht weil die Dusche verstopft war, sondern, weil die Duschkabine defekt war. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen Service, der zum Flughafen fährt, sondern nur einen Linienbus, der natürlich nicht nachts fährt.

Tout été sympa le seule gros reproche que l’on a à faire du séjour et le claquement de porte nuit et jour … chaque porte voisine de chambre qui s’ouvre ou se ferme s’entend beaucoup trop fort dans la chambre , la nuit été très longue suite à ça malheureusement on a pas dormi beaucoup du au porte .. on entendez les discussions voisine tard le soir , de la musique aussi .. pas sympa pour ceux qui veulent du repos ..

Do NOT stay here. I don't care if it's only one night, it was dirty. Roaches in the room, floor not clean, and chewed gum stuck to the side of the bed. How in the world the housekeeper did not see that is beyond me! The staff member was kind to move our first roach infested room to another with the stuck chewing gum and dirty floor, but at least no roaches. We were afraid to leave our luggage on the floor, even fully zipped. Very small room with no window screen and see through curtains.

Cute hotel, close to bus, great location close to airport, would be very handy if you have a car. Some disappointment in that lighting was limited and windows could not be opened to cool down the room because of noise outside and no screens on windows to keep bugs out. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Some concerns with cleaning staff as soap in shower was empty and not refilled.

Lediglich kurzer Aufenthalt für wenige Stunden, da wir morgens sehr Früh von Brüssel aus nach New York geflogen sind. Die Betten waren für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer hatte einen sehr eigenen, nicht identifizierbaren Geruch und war insgesamt nicht so richtig sauber.
