Affordable Beach getaway

We really enjoyed ourself but we were unhappy that the front desk was so understaffed. It took us 30 minutes to check out (honestly just to hand our keys in). The rooms are lovely but not big. The area is kid friendly but a not big town. We would come back. 20 minutes from Valencia centre❣️

Took a chance on this hotel just outside of Valencia and glad we did. Right on the beach! Had a decent view of the mountains as well as the beach. Pool was very nice but closed a little early. Breakfast buffet was more or less the same option every day but very tasty. The beach did not get terribly crowded while we were there in late June. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We checked in very late due to a flight change and they were very kind about it. The shuttle has limited seating but multiple trips daily into downtown Valencia. Highly convenient and affordable if you want to do a tour in the city or go to a show. Still, a taxi or uber isnt out of the budget if you miss the shuttle. I highly recommend a Paella cooking class!

This was a great stay with one small strange thing that happened. All but one of the staff were really kind and friendly. The bar staff at the pool super nice and the desk clerks. And our servers. It is a gorgeous property and the pool is amazing. You are super close to the beach and can sit and have breakfast and see it. The one weird thing was we had breakfast ($18 for the buffet) at one of the tables by the pool. As we walked through the restaurant to the elevators my friend got a small package of crackers and was informed icily by a staff that the buffet time was over. It was rude and my friend was embarrassed. It was literally a small pack of like two crackers. The rest of the visit was great though.

Gorgeous new hotel with beautiful pool, right on the boardwalk across from the beach. Sensational breakfasts (extra but worth it), wonderful staff. Design-forward rooms are very modern and comfortable but small, altho terrace helps by giving a place to sit other than the bed. Shuttle service into Valencia appreciated but only Wed-Sun, and could have more capacity to accommodate demand. Hourly public bus service was a convenient alternative. It is kind of an out-of-the-way location, but if you don't need to be in the middle of the action in Valencia this is a great place to unwind. Nice selection of relaxed local eateries in easy walking distance in town.

The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. It is perfectly clean and maintained. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the showers are also exceptional. The food was good although the quality varied from night to night. Pool are is lovely. The location is good if you prefer to be away from the city although be aware that the shuttle bus stops at the end of October.

Camera al terzo piano con vista mare e piscina. Hotel nuovo. Ogni dettaglio curato. Ottima posizione (15 minuti di auto da Valencia). Facilità di parcheggio. Non posso valutare la colazione perché non l'ho fatta in hotel. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una pecca, non c'è un'area comune nella hall che non sia destinata alla colazione.

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in war jedoch nicht ganz vier Sterne würdig. Der Ablauf wirkte etwas umständlich: Für alle Reisenden mussten sämtliche Angaben erneut ausgefüllt werden, obwohl diese bereits bei der Reservierung hinterlegt waren. Zudem mussten wir unsere Reservierungsbestätigung von hotels.com nochmals per E-Mail an die Rezeption senden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur: „Das ist halt so.“ Das fand ich etwas überraschend, da dem Hotel die Buchungsdaten ja eigentlich schon vorliegen sollten. Der Empfangsbereich ist für die Größe des Hauses eher klein. Wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig ankommen, wird es schnell eng, zumal sich die Rezeption direkt neben dem Haupteingang befindet. Das Restaurant, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird, ist stark auf gutes Wetter ausgelegt. Bei Regen kommt es zu längeren Wartezeiten, da der Innenbereich begrenzt ist. Im Zimmer fehlt eine gemütliche Sitzecke oder ein kleiner Tisch, um sich bei schlechtem Wetter aufzuhalten. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gepflegtem Pool – ideal für ein paar entspannte Tage, mit etwas Luft nach oben beim Check-in und Komfort an Regentagen.

Hôtel très beau et moderne, les chambres sont spacieuse et propre. L’emplacement en bord de mer est sympas. Par contre le défaut principal est que tout dans l’hôtel est payant : un transat sur la plage « privé » de l’hôtel = payant, un matelas pour deux au bord de la piscine = payant. De plus le prix des consommations et repas est nettement supérieur à tout ce qui se trouve autour… C’est incompréhensible
