Great stay

I was very Impressed with this Hotel. The service was great the room was quiet and clean and the bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. They really are helpful and it was great value for money. The location doesn’t have a huge amount of amenities though it does have a really good Italian restaurant nearby and a supermarket and chemist however the subway is literally outside plus the tram. You can get anywhere very quickly. I felt comfortable and safe, and everybody was friendly

Solo travel to Berlin

I truly enjoyed my stat at Vienna House, the Hotel felt modern, clean and the staff were excellent. The location was ideal, just a short tram ride into the middle of the city and the tram stop was directly outside the Hotel. Breakfast was an impressive spread, which I enjoyed everytime. The buffett was constantly refreshed and there was alot on offer. My only two (and they are small) gripes: The elevators were not centrally located so I had a very long walk from my room everytime. The emails to check in ahead of time and at the end for what I assume was a review, were all in German with no English transaltion so I was not able to respond.

The hotel was conveniently located near Berlin Central and the Uber Arena, with tram and train stops right outside. Rooms were clean, spacious, and featured a great shower, slippers, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent, and Lidija provided exceptional service. The only downside was the heat (aircon lowest setting was 18 degrees) which required keeping windows open, leading to some train noise. Overall, a good stay—thank you!

You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, "Aye, this'll do"? Well, this wasn't that. This was, "Bloody hell, this is brilliant!" They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin. Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner. And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage. Location's spot on too - easy to get about, but not stuck in the middle of tourist mayhem. Absolutely loved it. If you're coming to Berlin, book this place. If you're not coming to Berlin, book it anyway and find an excuse.

Best hotel ever!

Fabulous stay! Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything works perfect, easy and breezy and great service. Breakfast is really good. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. Fun initiative to get a gift in exchange for non cleaning.

It was definitely not clean, the air conditioners were not working in the whole hotel for 4 days. Our room and hotel were not changed. If you do not want and force them, cleaning is not done until check out, and if you force them, only the trash cans are emptied. (The reason for this filth is for the green world?????) The cover that fell from the ceiling and opened and posed a serious security threat was fixed after 3 days. The duvets in the duvet cover were very dirty, there were blood stains. We left the hotel with disappointment, despite trusting its name.

Great hotel, but problems with the hot water!

Nice international hotel compared to price. Nice welcome by Ali in reception. A big conference reminded us it is a hotel for that purpose. Nice and glamours and less soul. Breakfast with at nice selection and service. Nice and clean restaurant. Parking perfect - a bit to the expensive side With 25 euro per day. Beds are fine. Showers and nice with the fridge and kettle in the room. Third Bed missed upon arrival but was sorted within 20 minutes. Cleaning at arrival was middle but often it’s like this. To save cleaning, we skipped the daily cleaning but wanted it mid-stay to get trash etc.out. It failed to be cleaned. Stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. 2 days the hot water was turned of without warnings. So no morning showers. Later afternoon it was on again. A big unsatisfying thing in a 4 star hotel. Location was splendid. Both S-bahn plus tram outside the door. Easy to connect to the city. I would choose it again, but like to try new places whenever I go to Berlin!

Good, but not great, hotel

We stayed at the hotel last year and had a better experience then. This time some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, others not so. There was an issue with my duvet cover not being totally clean, we told reception before we went out in the evening and the man was very apologetic and said he would sort it out. When we came back it was not done, and they said housekeeping had gone so there was nothing that could be done until morning. Then they said we could change room but our children were in the room next door and we had unpacked. Eventually the cover was swapped for a clean one from an empty room, but it all seemed unnecessarily complicated. Also each morning a cleaner knocked on the door at 9am which seemed a bit early to want to clean the room, but maybe we should have put the do not disturb sign up. Otherwise the room was well equipped, I found the bed very comfortable and the hotel is well located. Some of the staff just need to learn to smile more.

Accueil compliqué car le nom et le prénom avait été inversés par Hotels.com sur la réservation ... le personnel a mis longtemps à comprendre! Très bel hôtel design à proximité des différents transports en commun, dans un quartier un peu austère. La qualité de la literie n'est pas à la hauteur de cet hôtel (matelas trop minces et oreillers, trop peu nombreux et inconfortables); le ménage n'est réalisé qu'à votre demande et pour le lendemain! pas pratique du tout. Mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble (bel espace naturiste, saunas , mais hammam et jacuzzi en panne tout le séjour!)

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad und die Fenster sollten dringend mal eine anständige Reinigung bekommen. Im Bad wäre auch eine Wartung auch angebracht, da die Dusche das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt.

Vienna House Hotellerne holder en god standard, har overnattet på flere af dem. Flotte værelser med god plads, og smagfuldt indrettet. Denne gang skulle jeg afsted tidligt, så ingen morgenmad. Området omkring hotellet, er ikkedet mest spændende, men offentlig transport lige uden for døren

Rigtig fint hotel og god beliggenhed. Vi måtte desværre flere gange ned i receptionen for at få flere håndklæder, vi var 3 på værelset, og fik kun 2 håndklæder. Et irritationsmoment men vi overlevede:)

Vi ankom sent om natten og vores værelser var ikke som aftalt, selvom vi ringede dagen før for at bekræfte alt var på plads. Generalt var opholdet ikke hvad jeg ville forvente af et 4 stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var okay, men ikke noget særligt imponerende. Var for lagt fra byen.
