Ideal location for the old town with friendly staff and a clean environment. Breakfast could be better by providing some more options. Overall, this hotel is great for somebody wanting to explore Naples. More generally, our first impressions of Naples was let down by the volume of rubbish that was on the street outside the hotel and elsewhere across some of the city. If you want to visit Naples then this hotel is good for doing so.

Best Location Ever

The hotel is located right next to the historic area in walking distance of many major attractions. The area around the hotel is NOT poor as some reviews indicate. It looks exactly like the rest of the historic district and was completely safe. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. Lobby and room had plenty of charm. Room had nice minibar and good bathroom. Bedding was a little dated but it was fine.

Hotel is beautiful, our room had all the comforts we hoped for including high quaity black out curtains. Staff are friendly and attentive - helped us navigate the city. Breakfast offered a deliscious selection of fresh and hot food, patries, fruit and coffee. we felt safe and were safe walking about in the evenings. Its 2 minutes away from historic city centre making it really convient to explore this must see area. Its not a quiet area but with our windows closed and ac on, we were not disturbed. There is a bank machine right across the street and we used that without any challenges. Taxi access to the hotel was also a big plus.
