Alfredo and Karen did an excellent job! Alfredo went above and beyond! I mistakenly reserved for different dates and he helped me to fix it. He also help us to leave our luggage while we went on a tour. Karen did great as well. Definitely will go back to the place.

Amazing place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Worth the price to stay somewhere walkable, safe, on the beach, and quiet. I also loved the design of this hotel. The pool in the middle was lovely and it was wonderful to have a patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Felt like you were right in the middle of everything, but still had a secluded place to retreat to at the end of the day. Friendly staff, air conditioning worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Location directly on the beach and walking distance to shops/ restaurants and a big enough room for my family of 5/ 3 of them teenagers. The family suite had a dining room/ living room space/ king bed for the parents and a sunken bedroom with 2 queen beds/ separated by a door so I didn’t have listen to them talk/ wind down. Such a great place to come back to at the end of the day and have a glass of wine on the beach listening to waves roll in.

Great staff! They were helpful and kept the property and rooms extremely clean. While this is ocean front property the beach is very small and not really swimable. I would not stay here with kids. But it was great for a couple just wanting to relax on the beach. The location is great. Dozens of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. We walked everywhere and never felt unsafe.
