It’s been a terrible costly experience!!!!!! Expedia Group who owns hotels.com booked the wrong dates but charged our credit card and denied a refund We did not stay in this hotel but kept insisting they refund our monies they would not !! They also cancelled our room in Rome Italy due to availability for issues We had no choice but to book another hotel for a lot more money 0 out 5 stars

great stay at the hotel

wonderful stay- beautiful hotel, helpful staff - even had a shuttle that dropped us at a local restaurant. We had a room with a jacuzzi and sea view which was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed. Unfortunatley the hotel is popular for functions so there was loud music until midnight on 2 of the nights we were there. Also the pool is not heated so is bracing!

Beautiful, New, and Comfortable Hotel

Excellent modern hotel built only 4 years ago. Everything in the property looks new. The rooms were spacious for a family of 4. Loved the vicinity to our Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano boat tour meeting point at Torre del Greco.

Excellent Hotel!

An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

Beautiful resort, service lacking

The hotel is beautiful. The location is not in a great area, and hard to get to other places. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. They were extremely clean as well. Service is lacking overall, but particularly at the pool area and garage. There aren’t clear instructions on where everything is - and they aren’t very friendly employees to ask when we tried. The pool is gorgeous, and has a nice atmosphere. It’s nowhere close to the beach, and they don’t have beach access as is listed in the description.

We had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights before attending a wedding in Puglia. The room was very spacious with an outdoor terrace area. The bed especially was one of the most COMFORTABLE sleeps we’ve had in any hotel. The breakfast selection was good (fruit juices, coffee, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, sausages, cheese, salad), we highly recommend the samples of patisseries. The pool area had a large number of sun loungers, so no scrambling for sun beds in the morning. Life guard was great, made sure the children were behaving in the pool area. We did also manage to visit the gym, had a selection of weights, treadmills, etc. Unfortunately we didn’t try the Lithos restaurant so cannot comment. We did have a car, we parked in the underground parking lot. However, it was €20 per night which we thought it was a bit steep thus the lesser rating. We did a bit of exploration in the area 22 found a great/cheap pizza restaurant opposite the hotel called Pizzeria da langella michele which we would recommend! Also, for the sweet treats, we stumbled across CristoRe caffetteria pasticceria. Amazing sweet desserts at a very affordable price. All in all, the staff were very friendly & attentive. We would definitely stay here again if we travelling from/through Naples!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, comfortable bed and room, and a friendly, enthusiastic staff. My only issues: first, the stairwell is REALLY dark—not very safe. Second: the terrible, omnipresent “music.” Surely a place this nice could afford a Spotify channel with original artists instead of terrible covers? Also, the same terrible covers repeat over and over—we were only there two days and heard several of the songs 3-4 times. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the beautiful grounds, excellent drinks, and the spectacular pool!

the Staff was good, some of them were also Professional and some of them normal. Breakfast Buffet was normal. not so many options but good Quality. The Hotel is outside of the Napel but there ist Shuttle from Hotel to the nearest Trainstation.

Property itself was very nice. A little hard to find as route ended on GPS about 50 meters before entrance tunnel. Coming through tunnel is like entering into a little paradise (even better once neighboring Marriott property construction is complete) from an area not as nice.

Our stay at Tre Fontane was excellent! All of the staff was very accommodating and treated our family like we were the only ones at the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service which is very useful to get around the surrounding areas and to/from the airport. Thank you so much for making our stay an excellent one!

Lovely spacious bedrooms, the rooms have a modern look to them which is appealling. The views from the hotel towards the sea is amazing. The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile. 24 hour gym which is useful and a nice well maintained pool. Good location , close to major sites, with a train station 10 minute walk.
