I was treated with so much kindness as I was welcome very early before my checking and Enzo at the front desk accommodate me so I could get my room ready very informative a super nice gentleman as well as the rest of the hotel employees The Night Shift front desk excellent as well. The hotel is in a fantastic area nothing but positive remarks about this hotel which the employees go about and beyond to make you feel welcome and care for congratulations on this. Blessings

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish they had irons and ironing boards available. They're pretty important when traveling. There was only luke warm water for bathing the first morning but was available the second day. Overall nice place.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We were disappointed with the bar, which was just the understaffed dining room and there did not appear to be any bars or many restaurants in the area.We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station but this also meant it didnt feel the safest of areas.

The service was absolutely the best. The man at the front desk told us where to get food. Helped us with our luggage and made sure we had transportation to the airport at 4am and was there to help us load our luggage. This hotel was very close to the airport and the train station which made it super convenient for us because we came in by train and left by plane. The room was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect choice for us.

Unsafe Area Do Not Stay here

We stayed 1 hour and are still waiting on our request for a refund. Hotel was in a very dangerous location. Very unsafe. Cab driver didn’t even want to drop us off. Cannot be out past 6:00 pm or risk a mugging. Very disappointed.

Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them. I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Totally fine granted we were not out late at night. Room was a bit weird as the shower was in the bedroom but no biggie. The room was clean and well maintained and AC worked well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff. Would recommend this hotel!

Terrible and old fashion and dirty. I couldn't sleep. I gonna complain about it for hotel manager. I paid 160 euro for 1 night but that was awful! I couldn't sleep until morning. The air conditioner in the room was leaking and making noise and the floor was wet. Bed sheets were dirty... the worst hotel i have ever been.

The standard single room was small and basic. There was no luggage rack and no drawers. For a 3-night stay, this was inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood is sketchy: on one side were loiterers but on the other side one is only a block from the main street. It is also very convenient to the historic center with churches and museums. The staff were very attentive; the front desk was always serviced by a helpful person. This enhanced the sense of security. The internet was spotty, but the staff encouraged me to phone the front desk at any time of the day or night to reconnect. This was an economical choice; not luxurious, but the advantages outweighed the challenges. Tip: Luggage racks are a necessity.
