Location was a little scary. The beds weren’t that comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, however. It is kind of a far walk from things so will need to take taxi to most places and after sunset I wouldn’t walk around this location.

Was not in a great location

No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good air conditioning, with a restaurant in the hotel. 15 minute walk to the train station if you intend to go to Pompeii. Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.

Highly recommended

The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too.

Quick in and out for travellers

A good place to stay if you want a bed for the night coming or going. It’s in the industry zone not somewhere you walk around but inside it’s fine. A bar a nice restaurant and taxi or car pick up to you next place or airport

Clean good hotel - area may not be convenient

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast and value for money. Area is slightly out of town (need metro/train to go into old town or other main attractions if you are a tourist) Not sure this would be a safe area to walk alone or at night

Liked the entrance look...looked better than expected...welcoming staff and friendly, very accommodating if any problems and for general help...only issue was the ants in our room on the ground floor, but moved rooms straight away thanks to kind staff...breakfast could use help yourself buffet and more selection.

Stayed here for four nights, Giantruco train station is a 10 minute walk which you can use to get to Piazza Garibaldi in around 3 minutes, or a 25 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi, Naples port is around a 50 minute walk or you drive/ get a taxi there in around 10-15 minutes, or a bus that takes around 25-30. The complimentary breakfast is good, as well as the lunch and dinner options. The outside area is very nice,spent a lot of my time relaxing there with a drink and some cigarettes. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

The staff are friendly. The area isn't so great and I didn't feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night. But they offer a shuttle bus from the city centre which is convenient. Our room had very old and faded carpet.

Choose somewhere else

This hotel is in such a sketchy area of Naples. I was nervous walking around alone even during the day. The check-in staff told me that the dinner service would be available till 10:30PM and when I went down at 9:45PM, the wait staff told me they were closed. The room also felt like a dungeon. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the money

Very dated but they were in the middle of renovations so very noisy also. We arrived very late and left right after breakfast. But did its purpose. Continental breakfast was served. Well it was behind a Plexiglas and it was just weird asking for 3 pieces of bacon. We walked to the train station-- maybe not the best part of town - kind of sketchy area

My family and I had 3 rooms all on different floors, which is okay. My floor, the first floor, lost power at 10 pm which meant I had no lights, air conditioning, refrigerator, or power to charge my electronics. There was one man working the desk trying to find the circuit panel, so he was unable to answer the phones. The power was not restored until 8 am when I already left the room. I was able to take a shower in the dark and not dry my hair. I hadn't slept because I wasn't sure if someone could just come into my room since the key fob is electronically controlled so I pushed the chair in front of the door.

The Magris hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. I didn't realize it is in the industrial area and therefore the surrounding area is extremely dirty and full of litter as well as homeless people hanging around. The hotel would not allow us to bring food to our room other than room service, so being told that was quite insulting. The continental breakfast was good and was included. The air conditioner in the property has been broken for over a month which we were only told when we arrived, which required us to keep our windows open and our room was right above the entrance to an adjacent hotel and bar, so was quite noisy. The bed was not very comfortable but the room was very clean and updated with power stations, tv, etc. We were trying to dry some wet clothes in the bathroom with the window open but housekeeping closed the windows while we were out and with no AC our clothes stayed damp. Overall the stay was fine but even though the hotel and staff were nice I would stay elsewhere in the future.
