Very calm and nice hotel, with a friendly and engaged staff. The room was clean and had a super nice bed, and most of all a working desk that deserves the name of working desk: Large enough for laptop and notebook, several power and usb outlets, free supply of water and a nice coffee machine.

My second stay in the hotel for now 11 days in total. I love the friendlyness of the employees, the ambience, breakfast has a good choice, the neighbourhood is quiet. The hotel is central enough to walk (it's Berlin, you can walk a lot!), is well connected to municipal transport, easy to reach from the station. Stayed both times in Tower suites, the ones on 8th floor are amazing! Only one negative note: as in most hotels the light in the bathroom is **** .... needs improvement, it is way to dark at the mirror.

Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and attentive; they even apologised for giving me a room on the first floor (which was absolutely not needed because the room was amazing anyways). This will be my hotel choice everytime I go back to Berlin.

Tower Suite Large, spacious, beautiful, stylish and clean. The business lounge Lounge Access is not satisfactory at all. The meal is very poor. The mini bar in the suite is free but only has soft drinks. Overall, worth the price.

Great property. Wonderful breakfast and very central. The staff cares, but the owners appear not to. Broken elevator during the entire four night stay. Non functioning WiFi and room AC that is non-functioning. Staff was apologetic, and friendly. It appears the ownership is detached. If they fix these simple issues, I will highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay in Berlin.

Very nice place to stay in Berlin. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood, very close to Metro (only two stops to famous Kurfustendamm) with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Mini bar included and regularly is renewed. There is some room to improve service but overall impression is very good and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful. Our newborn was well accommodated with a baby bed and the dog fee of 25€ a night go us a dedicated dog bed, can of dog food, some treats, and water and food bowls. It was a really enjoyable trip and we also managed to keep everyone rested and mostly relaxed through the loud fireworks. If braving the new year celebrations with a pup or baby, highly recommend bringing a sound machine, lots of extra dog treats and getting the walks in earlier in the day before the fireworks start going more frequently in the early evening.

First time to Berlin. Chose this hotel due to good reviews. Had to change rooms as first one had horrible stench due to prior guest’s excessive cologne and lack of privacy due to gym being directly across the courtyard (1st floor). Moved to fifth floor. Smaller room with non enclosed sink and shower area but smelled much better. Room was clean although housekeeping forgot to come the third day. The complimentary minibar was never restocked the entire stay which was a disappointment. Breakfast was very good but extremely crowded at 9-10 am. Liked the late hours - until 1030 am weekdays, noon weekends. Only 2 elevators which was insufficient for hotel’s size. But thing I liked least was hotel’s inconvenient location to Berlin tourist zone. It’s very close to a station on the U9 subway but that line requires an annoying connection (or 2) to get to anywhere of note. I did like that the neighborhood felt very safe, quiet and local. Also the shopping center literally next door with an Aldi, drug store and full size supermarket was Incredibly convenient. Overall not bad but a bit too far off the beaten path for tourists.

Ich bin nach Berlin für ein Konzert gekommen und war im Hyperion Hotel für eine Nacht. Vorab hab ich eine Email bekommen zum Vor-check-in sodas ich an der Rezeption nur noch meine Zimmerkartw abholen musste. Mir Wurd ein Zimmer-Upgrade für 31€ angeboten was ich kurze zeit später angenommen habe. Der Service bein Check in und Check out war super ich hatte auch Zugang zur Executive Lounge im 6 stock. Dort gab es for Free viele verschiedene Getränke, ein paar Snacks und auch Weiss/Rotwein. Das Frühstück ging am Wochenende bis 12uhr mittags und war super für jeden etwas dabei. Habe im kommenden Jahr mehrfach ein paar Berlin Trips geplant mit freinden und Familie und werde das Hyperion wirder buchen.

Zimmer hat sehr starken Geruch gehabt. Auf Beschwerde hin wurde ein Duftspray ins gebuchte "Tower-suite" gebracht. Tower Suite sollte eigentlich im obersten Stockwerk sein, eingebucht wurden wir aber im 4. Stock. Dieses Zimmer hat aber einen sehr starken negativen Ggeruch gehabt. Am nächsten Tag hat dann die Hotelleitung festgestellt, dass ein technischer Defekt vorlegt und uns angeboten nach der ersten, schlimmen Nacht, in den zweiten zu ziehen. Für die entstandene Unannehmlichkeit hat man mir für eine weitere Übernachtung 15 % Nachlass angeboten. Ich hatte aber zwei weitere Übernachtungen gebucht. Aus diesem Grund habe ich das abgelehnt, ich bin als treuer Kunde der H-Hotels total sauer und werde in Zukunft um H-Hotels einen weiten Bogen machen. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Ich habe die höchste Kategorie als avollzahler gebucht und wurde wie ein Bittsteller behandelt.
