It was my 4th time staying at this hotel. It has all the basics to go around the city walking and nearby you can locate multiple local food options, markets and pharmacy There is a school in front so it is quite safe

The place is clean and seems safe. Short walk to 5th Avenue, convenient. One of the showers did not work, but they fixed right away. We stayed 1 week, on the third day they forgot to clean our room, next morning I mentioned it, we were out all day, when we came back room was still not clean. They did it the next day. Overall, the hotel is clean. We liked the food at the restaurant , good food, good prices.

I have stayed several times, and though my Spanish is very limited, The front desk always accommodated me with Grace and professionally. The location is fine. It is near the big mega store, And several good restaurants and a row of food carts that are fantastic.

5 stars for the shower alone! Immediate hot water and unbelievable water pressure. Very comfortable king size bed, great internet connection, and nice tv. Very basic set up. I ate upstairs but didn't get a chance to checkout the rooftop but it did look like fun. The locks on the door are very rinkadink and questionable. Also, you can easily hear people in other rooms. There is no fridge for food and cold drinks which for me personally, is a deal breaker. Otherwise, a great stay.

Very good value. Staff are all super nice and accommodating. Quiet and Close to supermarkets and restaurants. No fridge in the room. Have to ask for hair dryer. Toilet has a locking door but shower is not in a closed room so depending on who you are travelling with this may pose a problem.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooftop area was nice to relax, the swimming pool is just to dip in and cool off. The actual rooms were a 2 out of 10. I would relate them to being like a run down Motel 6 or Super 8 in comparison. The room was dark, not clean, nothing other than a bed and toilet. There is no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker or anything. It is bare, bare bones. There was only a push button lock, so if you are travelling by yourself, I did not feel very safe. I booked for 16 days but left after 9 as I just could not tolerate sleeping with one eye open and a chair against my door. It felt like living in a jail cell. I asked for a portion of my money back with no luck. If you are looking for bare bones, this is the place for you. If you are looking for any kind of amenities look elsewhere.

Nos encantó la propiedad, super cómodo y lindo. El área del roof nos encantó, entendiendo que quizás por la temporada los insumos son limitados, pedimos piña colada y no tenían piña sin embargo nos ofrecieron otras opciones. Definitivamente será de mis primeras opciones a futuro.

El personal es muy amable, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, en la habitación de mi familia hubo 1 cucaracha y en las escaleras igual...el elevador estaba fuera de servicio y para subir y bajar maletas es un poco problematico. En la habitación de mi familia no llegaba el internet y no pudieron ver la televisión. La cama estaba dura y los espacios son muy pequeños en el baño...no hay secadora de cabello ni plancha y los jabones son muy pequeñitos...
