War wie immer gut

Das perfekte Wetter um oben auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Auch die Bar am Eingang ist schön. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, das wenn man kein Housekeeping nutzt, ein Getränkegutschein erhält. Wer Hunger hat, kann sowohl im Restaurant oder draußen bei Dominos Pizza oder Mc Donalds essen. Es gibt noch ein Italienisches und indisches Restaurant. Alles fußläufig. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch praktisch vorm Hotel.

Aufgrund eines Konzertes im Volksparkstadion haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden (Nähe zum Stadion). Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren herausragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war exzellent. Einziger Hinweis: Eine Anti-Rutsch-Matte in der Badewanne wäre von Vorteil.

Personale var virkelig venlige og søde! Og dejligt hotellet var meget rent! Til pengene er det helt klart okay. Men billederne på deres side ser meget bedre ud end hvad det var i virkeligheden. Morgenmaden var ok. Ikke noget vildt, sengene var lidt hårde men ok. Værelserne er også okay, til prisen kan man heller ikke forvente mere. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme her igen hvis vi igen søger et billigt sted i Hamborg. Kvarteret er ikke så spændende, men meget nemt at tage en bus ned til centrum.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, besonders die Lobby und das Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders toll war die Hütte im Hof, an der man sich abends/nachmittags ein gratis Getränk nehmen durfte. Meine Tochter hat sich auch über die Süßigkeiten und das Wasser an der Rezeption gefreut ;-) Das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet, nur die Matratze war etwas hart. Das Einzige was uns an dem Aufenthalt nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Umgebung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, aber Altona selbst ist irgendwie sehr runtergekommen. Überall Graffiti, Uringeruch und leider auch Obdachlose …

Sehr zentral gelegen, auch wenn man zur den bekannten Touri-Spots ein Uber oder den ÖPNV benötigt. Suoer nettes Personal, auch die Zimmer waren schön und sauber - für zwei Nächte war das Hotel super, wir wären auch noch länger geblieben.

Wir sind mindestens 1 Mal im Jahr in diesem Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeitenden sind immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, kriegt man ein Gutschein für ein Freigetränk.

Hotel med gode parkeringsmuligheder!

Dette er anden gang, jeg opholder mig på hotellet, og begge gange er jeg ankommet i bil. Hotellet tilbyder parkeringsmuligheder til 15 euro pr. nat, hvilket er meget praktisk. Servicen var god, og personalet var imødekommende. Beliggenheden er okay – lidt uden for centrum, men tæt på både Barclays Arena og Volksparkstadion, hvilket kan være en fordel afhængigt af formålet med opholdet. Hotellet har en hyggelig lounge og reception, hvor man kan slappe af og nyde noget lækkert at drikke. En rigtig fin detalje, hvis man gerne vil sidde lidt uden at være på værelset. Bedømmelsen er baseret på ét overnatning, og vurderingen tager udgangspunkt i den oplevelse.
