Had a few issues with room that were sorted quickly which was good. Hotel showing signs of needing some updates in terms of furniture but looks nice and inviting. Bar staff very good and work hard Good location to walk to many different parts of Stockholm

Good location for walking to parts of Stockholm some future out. It we are happy to walk. Or there is a hop on and off that stops outside Hotel show signs of needing some tlc for both decor and furnishings. We had a few issues in the room most of which were sorted quickly. Be aware that the hotel does not accept any cash Bar staff very efficient and work hard

An excellent location, close to transport, shopping and dining options. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. An easy walk to the harbour and Gamla Stan (old town). The room was a good size and clean, however, there was no fridge and no tea and coffee making facilities. These had to be purchased in the reception area.

Terrible customer service

I booked a single room through hotels.com. There were two options: a single room with a window or a single room without a window. I booked a room with a window. When I checked in I was given a cellar room without a window. When I returned to the receptionist and told her they had given me the wrong room, she quite rudely responded, “you got the room you booked.” When I insisted that I had booked a room with a window, she demanded to see a receipt. However, despite having two bookable categories on the website, my receipt from hotels.com stated simply “single room.” When I insisted on getting a different room, the receptionist told me they were fully booked, even though the Scandic member who checked in after me was upgraded to a single room with a window. I have never been so poorly treated as a hotel guest. I will never stay here or any other Scandic again unless absolutely necessary. Incredibly poor from hotels.com too.

Trodde faktiskt att det skulle finnas ett kylskåp i rummet och lite surt att vi var tvungna att betala 200:- extra när rummet blev klart tidigare än incheckningstiden 16:00 men rent generellt var allt bra.

Golvet var lite kladdigt att gå på, men ingenting annat att klaga på. Skulle vara bra med 2 stycken stolar så en slipper att sitta i sängen och titta på tv. Frukosten var riktigt bra med mycket gott att välja på. Vi är nöjda!

Väldigt trevlig personal, både vid receptionen och restaurangen! Något lyhört i rummen men inget som störde. Sköna sängar men bäddsoffan var hemskt hård. Ok städning.
