Where do I start? So bad. Parking was promised to be available but they had no spaces so had to pay 2.5x the price to park eight blocks away. Dinner went to 8pm. Got there at 7 and all hot items were gone. Figured I’d try to jacuzzi…wait…that’s NOK 560 per person for 30 mins!!! Total bait and switch. I must say however that the front desk staff were awesome…they just happen to working for an unfathomably bad hotel.

On the waterfront and walking distance to everything. Airport bus stops close to hotel. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean, airy, and with blockout curtains. Breakfast, fika & a light evening meal provided as part of your stay. Food was delicious & varied.

Stay was great! Arrived too early to check in, but hotel gave us the option to leave our luggage in a secure location if we wanted to explore area around hotel while waiting for room- which is what we did. Check in was easy, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk and information desk were always helpful & friendly during stay. The breakfast was amazing! Plus afternoon cake ANd dinner (which were only had once during stay) were good as well. Didn’t make use of sauna or gym, but the gym was on top floor, overlooking the water, so it would be a nice place to use. All in all, great stay!

We needed a place to stay for a night after a cruise. This was perfect. It is right on the water, but near everything. We could walk all around and also catch the bus right out front to get to the cable car up the mountain. They serve an amazing free breakfast. All in all, the perfect place for our needs.

The location, in the heart of Tromso is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit worn down and the beds were very soft. Personally I did not like that the rooms are not automatically cleaned and the towels changed every few days. I do not want to think about this on my holiday and ask for service. We liked that breakfast and dinner were included in the price. Dinner is a small buffet, no gourmet food but fine and saves a lot of money.
