The staff was amazing, I request another night stay and remain in our room. They were very accommodating and made sure that they ensured we were happy. The hotel was nice and we got the nice two bedroom setup so our kids were in one room while we were in the other. Has a mini-fridge. The area around the hotel is busy, noisy and dirty. We did not spend much time walking around. It was convenient for our Pompeii tour and it met our needs for that purpose.

Good hotel but the surrounding area lets it down.

This hotel is a great location, near to the main train station. The family room we had was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The only issue we had was that the immediate surrounding area of the hotel was very dirty. There was litter everywhere and quite an unpleasant smell in some areas. This is not a hotel issue but it is a real shame that such a nice hotel is located in such a dirty area.
