It is a good Hotel with kitchenette, refrigerator and a good swimming pool. The people were very attentive, and is close to Walmart and 11 minutes to the 5ta Avenue.

This property I located about 4 block from 5th avenue. It’s very clean and very cozy. The only downfall is that I didn’t have a window and the property is very dark. Overall it was nice place to stay there, Erica the lady that works in the front was very attentive, sweet, smiley and very helpful.

It is walkable distance to beach and Calle 5. It is a safe area. Everything was great and look forward for another stay here on our next vacation.

Fue una reserva de último minuto y afortunadamente tuvimos donde dormir, sobre el sitio hotels este hotel tiene una puntuación de 9. Agradecemos inmensamente al administrador por su amabilidad. Sin embargo al ingresar al apartamento todo estaba en muy mal estado, el aseo de cada habitación, baños, cocina, duchas fue extremamente deficiente, salpicaduras de sustancias desconocidas por doquier, muebles manchados y pegajosos de lo que parecía ser grasa, refrigerador con restos de líquidos secos en el interior grifería llena de restos de crema dental y la lista seguiría. Pasamos esa noche ahí por necesidad debido a que mi reserva en otro hotel fue incumplida. Toda una descepcion que se sumó en nuestro primer día en la rivera maya.

Me encanto el espacio y esta bonita la propiedad y es muy seguro entras con codigo ,lo que no me gusto la limpieza no la hacian bien pero no es algo que te impida pasartela bien podiaa limpiar tu lo que les hiciera falta

We arrived 4 hours before check in time and the gentleman working the front desk was extremely kind to let us into our room early. I give them a 5 star for that. The room was ok. Problems with water pressure and minimal hot water. We stayed on the side where there is an adjacent night club and it was very loud at night.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell as you entered the apartment,foul,came from the sink.it went away when we put the stopper in.otherwise,great place,we made it into home.staff was great,miss the guys at the office already.would stay here again,location was good.
