The hotel room was comfortable and the host was very helpful. There are 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases. The manager will help you if he is available.

A great place to stay very convenient to all the main shopping areas and attractions in walking distances and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only criticism would be that there is no lift , walking the 4 flight of stairs your legs do get a great workout. I would not recommend for the elderly however overall we had a wonderful stay.

We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! Next time, don’t drive into Old Town. Let a local Uber get you there. … also, like other European small hotels, this one is on the third floor of an apartment building. There is no lobby. You walk into an unappealing ground floor with garbage cans. You walk up 3 flights of stairs (don’t have heavy luggage!). Once you enter the flat, everything will be fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Was really a clean place in a very busy town close to the beautiful historical attractions of Naples and the staff were very welcoming, respectful and ready to help with everything we needed. Definitely a good choice if you want to be walking distance from everything in Naples. There is an underground parking lot in a parallel street just next to the place less than 200 meters. A bit pricey for 1 night but very safe considering no place to park in the streets.

Everything was great and we were happy. Plenty of noisy from the street on Friday night and we couldn't really sleep, but Sat and Sun was good. Just one last thing, we asked the front desk to book a taxi for us to the train station, he attempted twice but unsuccessful. He then asked us to walk to some piazza to hail a taxi ourselves. It was shocking as we had to maneuver two large luggages and time constraint just simply make it impossible. Fortunately we provision additional 30mins else we would have missed our train

It is a fairly long way from the railway station and you have to climb many steps. The place is up four flights and if you have heavy suitcases you better be young and powerful. The breakfast is a joke. You go to this coffee stall and get a croissant and a cup of coffee from a grumpy owner. Overall I did not care for this place.

The inn is very lovely to stay at. The room was amazing, especially the walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Gennaro was always pleasant and smiling, and even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. He also gave advice for getting around the city. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Napoli!

Modern and renovated room that is immediately walkable to great sites in Napoli. Roughly 10 minutes from nearby metro. Bedding could be a tad more comfortable and need to climb a few floors with luggage to check-in. But so long as those aren’t deal-breakers I would recommend and definitely stay again. Walk-in waterfall shower is the star of the room.

A small, quaint spot. No frills, really just a bed, but a really comfortable one. Clean room in a great location with very nice staff. A lot of stairs and no life so if you have weak knees/hips be warned, but we loved this place. If you need a comfy bed and you plan to spend the rest of your stay exploring the city (which is great!) I’d recommend this space.
