Good hotel, with adequate-sized and clean rooms. The bar area is pleasant and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is located two tram stops away from the airport, and about a half-hour tram journey into the city centre, however the trip is easy to navigate, and the hotel is a very short walk from the tram stop.

Positivt: Veldig hyggelig betjening, spesielt ved innsjekk fredag formiddag Helt grei frokost med passe variert utvalg Rent Beliggenhet - kort vei til bybanen og flyplassen Negativt: Veldig lytt mellom rommene Veldig lytt når det regnet, noe som er helt utrolig for et hotell i Bergen. Regnet smalt mot vannbrettene utenfor vinduet og gjorde det helt umulig å sove uten noise cancelling hodetelefoner Ulogisk og rotete oppsett på frokosten, vanskelig å finne ting og det manglet glass ved vannet og skjeer til å ta mat med. Ikke noe problem når det var lite folk, men antageligvis helt kaos når det er fullt. Et helt greit hotell, kanskje litt dyrt for pengene

Positivt: Fantastisk service fra personalet, både i resepsjonen og restauranten. Koslig og serviceinnstilt personal. Negativt: Rommet kan umulig ha vert vasket eller støvsugd, det låg hybelkaniner rundt over alt på gulvet. Sengene var ikkje spesielt god, og familierommet var veldig lite.
