I like everything about this property. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance with many, delicious restaurants nearby. I’ve been to Amsterdam six times and each time I visited, I made it a point to stay at this hotel. Never disappointed. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will be staying there the next time I visit Amsterdam.

The staff were kind and helpful, but unfortunately another guest was sick at the hotel entrance and in the elevator. It took a little while before it was cleaned up, and in the meantime, some guests stepped on it. I think it would be even better if the staff could respond a little more quickly in such situations.
