This hotel has a great roof bar with a pool, great views of the city, a nice gym area, a sunny outside rooftop area, good food, and the staff were my favorite while in Spain. I stayed at a few places. The morning crew were helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would stay here again for sure.

On entering the hotel the Property looked nice and was lovely and cool. We were dissapointed with the comfort of the beds and asked for topas, Air conditioning was not cool enough so room was stuffy. Pool area was very disappointing for our entire trip we was not able to use as the beds were limited so had no where to be comfortable or leave towels while we took a swim. There is a large outside space where another pool could be located or at least beds positioned with covers from the sun. The gym is very disappointing limited space and equipment is well past its date with rust showing.

Very prompt attention from reception on arrival. Our room however, seemed like it was under a function suite on the Saturday night. Rest of stay was peaceful. Bed amazing. Power cut for two hours on last night. Didn’t cause us any issues. Location for centre of town, beach and science park superb.

Pablo on the front desk was amazing, I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came through incorrect with meat on it, So without me knowing Pablo ordered and paid for a pizza from his own pocket so me and my family would not go hungry, This to me is exceptional service and goes way above and beyond what’s expected, I am so grateful you have such an amazingly awesome employee on the front desk thank you for this truly wonderful experience.

Every single noise was heard even from upstairs. Bathtub super small. Room was given 3 hrs after check in not good lady was dismissive at the front desk I had to go up and ask for the keys about 30 minutes later.

The best hotel so far from the 3 months I’ve stayed in Spain. Person very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well managed, and super kindhearted. I have been in this property on and off for the past month for a total of 24 days that I even missed the hospitality of the hotel when I left out of town. Can’t believe the hotel is well managed by Alvaro, Teresa, Noelia! Reception is beyond helpful on how to get around Valencia, shout out to Salvador, Georgia, Pepe # 1, Pepe #2, Santi, Jose, Elot, Carlota, Oscar, Raquel and all of them are super friendly. The bar personal was beyond my expectations as well along with the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Xavi, Antonio Fernando, Gigi #1 & #2 along with Felix. The restaurant has excellent food as well. I’ve been to the hotel chain of Senator and it does not compare to the management of this hotel. I totally recommend it for anyone that visits Valencia. Thank you Exe Rey Don Jaime for the hospitality!!!!!!!

The hotel was clean, spacious reception with excellent helpful staff. Room more than adequate for a one night stay, very comfortable. Hotel was ideally situated between the Arts and Sciences and the old town. It was by the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus which ran fairly frequently. Breakfast was excellent, catered for all with full and continental. Would rebook if in Valencia again.
