The hotel and rooms are very nice, but it is a huge busy, bustling place. While the breakfast buffet is large, the dining room was crowed and slightly chaotic. Staff were very friendly. It’s probably a much nicer place to stay when it is not fully booked.

Close to the central station and many places to eat. only tiny negatives - the lighting levels were quite low and there was no hotel parking or discounts in the local car parks. We loved the location of this hotel and the entire ambience. They really captured the “I-know-I’m-in-Stockholm-but-I-also-love-camping” vibe! It also amazingly has a lovely campfire aroma throughout the downstairs. Super easy to walk to Gamla Stan from here. We also loved the coffee shop that was just around the corner called Wayne’s.

This was a great central base for exploring Stockholm. Great transport links but most things we did were walkable from the hotel. Also super easy to get to from the airport. The team working there were really friendly and welcoming. Rooms were lovely and cosy. Especially liked being able to sit and look out the window in the room. The array of activities arrange by the hotel was also nice. Especially enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the evening!

Great hotel with lots of stuff going on, negatives the rooms are a little dark and like so many hotels nowadays they don't make the lighting obvious, breakfast can be busy but they do warn you .. it does have plenty of choice. Beds are comfy and the room has plenty of space. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Probably a good hotel for those with kids in late teens who want activities or if you're a runner, hiker or kyaker while we're not we found the cocktail bar exceptional which made up!

Great hotel with fabulous staff, very happy and helpful. Hotel has a camper theme with fire pits and decor, makes it different and gives it a great feel. They also have daily activities, Lyn lead ours on Midsummer Eve and it was very enjoyable, definitely the right person for the role! Made it so much more than just a hotel stay. Add that too it’s location, the excellent breakfast and a table tennis table on each floor and the roof top bar and spa. It was great to be there enjoy the experience.

Great hotel with lovely rooftop (bookable) pool

Great hotel in a fantastic position in Stockholm - walkable to everything including the central station when we arrived. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were excellent - comfy, high end bedding and quiet. We booked to use the rooftop pool and had a lovely afternoon there. We would have gone to the rooftop bar for evening cocktails (which looked lovely) but wanted to sit outside as the weather was so good. Our only issue was that check in took 20 minutes, despite us being the only guests - the check in lady was excruciatingly slow, couldn't find out details despite us showing the hotels.com confirms and didn't even apologise for keeping us waiting.

Not family oriented as advertised

Don' read this wrong, the hotel is superb but it's advertised as family friendly and family oriented as it is not. This hotel is way more oriented on couple and business trip. Unfortunately i already booked 2nights before figuring out that the kids don't have access to the pool and all family activities are strictly regulated with a day/hour schedule that don't offer the flexibility required for family. We were very ennoyed and dissatisfied with it and it was a disappointment at that price.
