Friendly staff, had some problems with the TV and got another room. Cleaning service could be better (not only making up the bedsheets but actually replacing the dirty ones), but all in all recommendable for the price! You have a train station nearby and it’s close to the central station and the Jungfernstieg.

Not worth the money

There was no air conditioning in the room. There was lots of street noise and we were on the 6th floor. There were no washcloths. Street parking was always available. Smokers always were outside at the entrance so I always smelled like cigarettes. The bed was two twins with a flimsy mattress topper that slid off the bed each night. I was promised a queen sized bed. The kitchen was undergoing renovations so all you could eat was pizza.

The hotel provides easy access to the s-bahn that can take you to the centre of the city and elsewhere. it was clean and comfortable but the carpet was quite badly stained in the room we were in and the furniture scuffed in places. The staff at reception were welcoming and lovely. What we were shocked by was the cost of parking and of breakfast - the former would have been 35 euros per night and breakfast was 25 Euro each!! We were fortunate to find parking on the street but had breakfast the first morning, without first checking the cost; we really did not expect it to be so expensive - whilst the food was 'ok' it was not up to 25 euro standard!! We found a lovely cafe 20 mins away for the following two mornings.

Dejligt Hotel tæt på Togstation, som desværre havde mange trapper og ingen elevator, eller rulletrappe. Pæne værelser med alt hvad der skulle være, meget rent og gode senge. Mine børnebørn (teenager) som sov sammen på samme værelse, havde fået en dobbeltdyne. Jeg spurgte efter 2 enkeltdyner, som blev klaret på få minutter ( om aftenen). Meget service minded og venligt personale i receptionen. Kan anbefales og fint til prisen.

The Executive room was spacious and clean with complimentary soda, juice and water in the fridge. The bed was firm and perfect, but the TV was lacking international (i.e. non-German) stations. The bathroom was modern and functional with nice soap and skin lotion products available, but there were no glasses to drink from - only coffee mugs from the complimentary Nespresso capsule coffee maker. EV charging available at 15 euros (flat rate no matter how much charged) in the underground parking garage. Breakfast buffet is versatile and tasty.

Fantastisk hotell

Jeg bodde nylig på Holiday Inn/Berlin Tor, og hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Hotellet ligger sentralt og har en veldig praktisk beliggenhet, med kort vei til både kollektivtransport, severdigheter og restauranter. Rommet jeg fikk var stort, moderne og fremfor alt rent og innbydende. Det var godt utstyrt og svært komfortabelt – perfekt etter lange dager ute i byen. Frokosten var også et stort pluss, med et godt utvalg og hyggelig atmosfære i frokostsalen. Hotellet har også treningsstudio, noe som alltid er et stort pluss for meg når jeg er på reise. Personalet var imøtekommende og profesjonelle, og alt fungerte knirkefritt fra innsjekk til utsjekk.

Hotel bom mas localização média

Hotel é ótimo, mas a região não tem quase nada perto (restaurantes, supermercados, etc). A estação também é longe, uns 15-20 minutos a pé. Quando cheguei, a pessoa não encontrou minha reserva e disse que não poderia me receber porque o hotel estava lotado. Mas fepois percebi que ela estava pesquisando pelo meu nome do meio (e não sobrenome). Ou seja, é necessário treinar melhor a equipe. Tirando isso, tudo certo. O quarto é muito aconchegante e com todas as comodidades necessárias e o café da manhã é bom.

The hotel was nice, in an excellent condition. The cleaning staff seems to be somewhat rude, as we found our items thrown around the bathroom after their visit; they also seem to have shake our suitcases while moving them around, as their content was not in the order we left it. The area around Berliner Tor station was turned into a massive construction ground, which made the access to the hotel very inconvenient.

Good clean standard hotel In the business district so not a lot around the hotel. 5 min walk to Berliner Tor station which has direct metro trains to most tourist areas If you do stay, the short cut through the park to the station is much more convenient than the route shown on google maps
