“Wow” Customer Service

It takes a lot to “wow” me with customer service, but Emily at check-in was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I had a great stay. Very good, first time at a Drury Inn

Great location, walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Near highway. This hotel was exceptionally quiet even though it is right off Hwy 75. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. The room interiors were dated. We didnt' like the options on the breakfast buffet nor the evening offer. However, that isn't why we stayed here. I saw many did enjoy that. We would return here or to another location.
