Gem in Santiago
Casasur is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. The hotel is convenient to the metro and to Barrio Italia, the breakfast is, as advertised, delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highest recommendation!

Everything about CasaSur was perfect. The owners and their staff were welcoming and helped with suggestions and reservations. We stayed at CasaSur for 6 nights - I learned that the average stay is 2.5. I would recommend staying at least 4 nights as Santiago and Barrio Italia have a lot of fun and interesting things to do.

Above and beyond hotel!
I have never been to hotel that has been so accommodating! After we missed our flight and were delayed for hours I called this hotel to see if they could hold our bags while we toured the city. We were to stay here upon our return from Patagonia. Not only did they offer to hold our bags but offered to keep any bags we did not need in Patagonia until our return. Also, when my husband left his phone in the taxi when we returned to the airport, Javiera was able to locate the driver and hold our phone. When we finally returned we were greeted with a warm smile and amazing breakfast by Eduardo the owner. The is NO other place to stay but here!

Beautiful, quaint & charming in an ideal location
Everything about CasaSur was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was fabulous with the freshest ingredients served. Prime location with a metro stop 2 1/2 blocks away but well removed from all the noise from the busy streets. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here upon my return to Santiago!

First class establishment: highly recommended
CasaSur Charming Hotel was magnificent. A first class operation with first class management and staff. Everyone speaks excellent English and guests are made welcome from the time they ring the front door bell to when they leave. The hotel is located in a quiet side street near the Santa Isabel metro station. There is a pedestrian only street close by that makes access to the metro station easy. There are many restaurants in the area as well as a supermarket and several "hole in the wall" convenience stores.
