Excellent service on check in. Hotel is quite clean. Room was comfortable. Just far enough from the falls to be away from the noise, but close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Would be back.

impressive. Given the low cost of the stay my expectations were not high but we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, so helpful, kind to the kids who were there for a hockey tournament and did anything they could to enhance our stay, particularly Tim the manager. Rooms were spacious and clean, with daily cleaning. We will be back for sure.

So impressive. Given the low cost of the stay my expectations were not high but we had an excellent stay. Staff were amazing, so helpful, kind to the kids who were there for a hockey tournament and did anything they could to enhance our stay, particularly Tim the manager. Rooms were spacious and clean, with daily cleaning. We will be back for sure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is old, stained carpets, scratched furniture. It needs a good renovation. The gym is small, has the basics. The coffee was horrible! Location is good, not too much parking but close enough to the casino and main entertainment area as well as the Falls. For the price, however, I expected better physical property value.
