"Nice hotel, friendly staff, great spacious rooms with fantastic view to the lake, but the rooms are not sound proof. We had 2 rooms and both had the same problem. At nights, it feels like sleeping in the middle of the road. The taps in the bathrooms also need regulations. The A/C works, but we had no control over the temperature through the panels. "The hotel is newly built and actually not yet finished. Check in experience was poor, there are no European languages spoken at all and other languages are Turkish and Kurdish, all communications is via google translate. This was slow, tedious and inaccurate. Some of it felt that the staff were poorly trained.
