- Offer valid only for bookings made between December 4, 2006 and February 14, 2007 and completed by March 31, 2007. A "booking" is a completed stay of consecutive nights in one room at the same property, booked at the same time on the same credit card.
- You must book and prepay on www.hotels.com or through the hotels.com Contact Center at
1-800-246-8357. - You must submit your rebate request on www.hotels.com. If you do not have Internet access, contact the Contact Center. Submissions must be made by April 8, 2007.
- Offer only applicable for those properties covered by the hotels.com price guarantee located here. Not valid for bookings at Marriott and Starwood properties or for vacation (air plus hotel) packages.
- Rebate will be credited to the credit card used for the booking within 30 days after the completion of the stay, or next billing cycle.
- Limit: one (1) rebate per booking.
- Not valid with any other offer.
- Offer may be revoked without notice at any time.
Room rebate offer valid only for bookings made between December 4, 2006 and February 14, 2007, for stays completed

Rebate Levels are:
2-3 Nights $25 Rebate
4-6 Nights - $50 Rebate
7+ Nights - $100 Rebate
Multiple room bookings are eligible if one person books more than one room for multiple nights, a rebate can be redeemed according to the number of nights times the number of rooms up to $100.
"Booking" means a completed stay of consecutive nights booked on one calendar day on the same credit card.
