One of the many benefits of using hotels.com is that we offer you our Price Match Guarantee. Hotels do change their rates from time to time. If you find a lower rate anywhere else prior to your actual stay we will usually have the same rate already available. So, to save yourself some time before you go somewhere else first see if we already have the price available.
If we don't, but there is a lower rate publicly available online for the same dates and the same hotel or vacation rental and room category, you must contact us prior to the property's cancellation deadline. Deadlines vary by property and travel dates. Please refer to your booking confirmation email or your reservation details in the My Account area for the applicable deadline. Bookings that cannot be cancelled are not subject to this guarantee. If your booking qualifies for this guarantee, we will either, at our option, refund the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty.

4. "How is my credit issued?"
Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at time of booking. It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
